bought this to replace a bedroom dvd player that stopped working. this unit has worked flawlessly. as a bonus, the remote works with another sony player i had lost the remote for.

This is my second SONY DVD player and it is as good as my more expensive one, but it doesn't have the counter on the unit so if you want to know where you are in the playback you have to bring it up onscreen. Otherwise, its great!

Good DVD player. My daughter loves it. She gets to watch our DVD’s. She’s 4 and kept on asking for one.

My television only accepts the three colored chord plugs. When my previous DVD player failed, I was at a loss as to where to find one. Thanks Best Buy for keeping one in stock!

i am not satisfied because i think good sony company dvd player work all system but did not work for my dvdr i can't use . i have to spend another time $ to buy dvd player which work for my dvd

Works great. No issues. I like that you can put in any dvd that you have previously watched and it picks up where you left off, even if you’ve taken it out. Yes I would recommend.

simple yet effective dvd player . nice features for basic model i just took time to set it up properly. had it for a little lees than a month no problems.

Excellent CD/DVD player for the price. No HDMI output, however. Would recommend for simple installations.

Had to buy this for my cousin who is not to user friendly with DVD players. Very easy to use I would recommend it to anyone that does not want to spend a lot of money to play DVDs

I was looking for a good, basic dvd player for my son to watch movies. Doesnt play blue-ray but for the price you cant beat it.

I actually got this to play CD's, Nothing over fancy and could connect to my receiver. Does what I want it to do.
