    I purchased this to compliment my Sony Receiver and Sony TV, both of which were purchased in the last 6 months. I wanted a same-brand DVD player with the HDMI port, and this fit the bill for both. It works well with the Harmony Elite IR remote system I purchased, too. The price was right, and the store had them in stock for pick up.
