    Bought this product with open box - Excellent condition, but when opening the box it seems to be very poor condition. Not a reliable source to buy a open box item. Even the dvd player donot have any display, so hard to recognized the dvd player is with play,stop , pause

    We were very pleased to get the player so quickly; we are disappointed that it is a made in China item; we are boycotting made in China items as much as we can; we need to bring products back to the USA or at the very least start mfg in countries that to put their people to work.
