I was thinking that I was getting a blue ray player but I guess I didn't read the whole thing before I bought it. My television recognized the old blue ray player I had right off and it was easy to turn it on. But with this one, I have to jump through hoops and my television calls it "unknown" so that's what I have to click.

I did not get what I wanted and attempted to bring it back as the website stated the store was open and returns had to be done in 30 days. I did go back the same and there was no returns. The store and the website were not on the same page and it was a waste of my time.

I've taken it out and moved the cord to different HDMI ports multiple times only to have it not register in the TV and when it does, it either can't be touched or it will just stop working again.

I was set to give 5 stars, but it's noisy when playing disc's. I don't know if that's normal operation.
