Every time I pushed play I had no way of knowing if it was starting because it would take so long and the buttons responded so slowly. Definitely returned and will not buy this again

Doesn't Work

We don't watch movies often so a couple weeks later we tried using it again and it doesn't work now. The return policy is 14 days which was over by the time we tried it a 2nd time.

DVD PLAYER

We will probably never use it. We're not sure why you would even sell this product considering that it seems most DVD'S now sold are blue Ray's. We'd suggest that you remove it from your shelves before someone else mistakes it.

DVD Player would not read disc

Once the set up process was final, then the DVD player stopped working. The door would not open at all! I had to go through the hassle of returning it to the Best Buy!

Broken straight out of the box
