Sony is usually a great product but the remote doesn't work and it is very frustrating. Should just take it back and get my money back but it is such a hassle to move my tv cabinet and disconnect

I bought it a month ago and a week ago started to fail, now it's not reading my CDs at all, and all are originals. Very disappointed with this DVD player.

The DVD is slow to respond. Would never buy it again.

When I looked at the model on the shelf and it was clearance priced because it used to be a demo and I figured that that would be a good introduction to this line of DVD players but then upon looking at the actual unit I didn't like the way that it looked so I am returning it back to the store

Doesn't seem to get to the menu of the dvd very easily.

I tried prerecorded and homemade DVD's and they all skipped and pixelated. SONY is usually a superb product. Maybe I just got a bad one. Returned it.
Hello, thank you for your message. Sony DVD players sold in the U.S.are coded to play Region 1 DVD discs. They also will play discs labeled Region 0 or All. There is no way to override the region code. Oscar.
