Truth be told, these are replacement headphones. The model I had was under warranty but out of stock so these were the only ones that were similar. So I just quickly chose them and returned to work. I would have chosen the same brand but a better model with mic and remote if I had the time to shop around the store. Nevertheless, the sound is good and clear, a little bit low on bass but they worth the price. Bestbuy's a great place to shop online. My favorite feature is when I can order online and have it picked up for free in another store, in another state! That's convenient with a capital 'C'.

Easy to set up. Great Quality. Clear Picture/Sound. I am extremely happy with this purchase. Had no problem setting it up and connecting it to my phone. Now I can watch all of my favorite shows and absolutely love my smart TV!!

They block out all the outside sound and have truly impressive quality.

Sound quality is perfect for a small set of ear buds. The bass is set at a correct level. It's not over boosted while also not being under powered. Additionally they came with extra rubber covers for when the old ones get nasty. Seems like they will last for a long time but only time will tell I suppose. They are great for the price and they stay in your ears which is my favorite part about them.

These headphones are a great value and the sound is comparable to the higher end brands but for a lot less $, they push out deep thumping bass and clean clear highs and are quite comfortable, I have owned an older pair of Sony EX's and they lasted over 8 years of almost daily use until one day one of the earbuds started cutting out due to wear and tear and age.

bought these for working out on treadmill and exercise bike. they are very lightweight, fit ears well (three sizes came with purchase) and give good sound quality. they are not hi fi speakers but are really great for this purpose. terrific value for price. no complaints

These were last minute (quick) replacements when I broke my expensive ones. They served its purpose and were a great inexpensive value. I would purchase again, if I have too.

These have decent base and sound and are well worth the cost. Durable enough to exercise with, they have a good fit for all the ears in our family.

This is the second set of Sony earbuds I have purchased. I went through three pairs of other competitors earbuds before finally coming back to Sony. Full disclosure, I am very hard on my earbuds as I use them whenever I am working around the house, yard or exercising. I also prefer the in ear style for better stability through my various activities while wearing. I have a set of Bose earbuds that sound great but are not secure enough in my ears when I am biking, and working around the yard. Other brands have sounded poor, been cheaply made and failed rather quickly. Sony offers excellent value to price and good sound quality.

I use these headphones mostly to listen to podcasts and sometimes music. They are primarily the pair I carry around and don't have to worry about breaking or losing them since they were so inexpensive. They aren't perfect for music, but work well enough when high quality listening is not necessary. Actually, they sound really good for the price. They are comfortable and fit in my ear well. I can jam them in when I want to isolate outside noises or improve the bass, but they also stay in well when loose, allowing me to hear external sounds.

These headphones was purchased as a temporarily replacement until I could decide on a wireless headphones. This headphone has great sound quality. The ear buds fit comfortable in the ear. I love the awesome colors it comes in. The only thing was being mobile and forgetting that they aren't wireless. For a pair of non-wireless headphones, this is a great purchase.

These sound great but this is like my 5th pair. They feel comfortable in my ears and fit perfectly but for some reason one ear always goes bad after around 6 months. I use them at the gym and they are constantly being sweat on and thrown around so that could be why they break. I still love them though.

I spend a lot of time working out in the gym, thus enjoy listening to music during my exercising. The Sony - EX Series Earbud Headphones awesome for sound quality, but more importantly stability. I never have to worry about the earbuds falling from my ears because they fit perfectly. These economically earbuds are built with Sony quality and endurance and provide an excellent quality of sound. Don't settle for less when it comes to earbuds, I only use Sony!

I'm a big fan of this Sony product, they are my go to ear buds (headphone). I love being able to use them as a hands free device when driving and the stop/start button for calls and music always comes in handy. They are however far from indestructible. I don't know put them in a case (at $20 I don't feel the need), but they don't tend to last more than 6 months. Usually the wiring in one or both of the ear pieces goes first. Another time the ear piece separated, when I took them back to Best Buy with my one year insurance policy, they said that was my fault because it fell under extreme wear and tear due to use. I'd only had them for a little over two months though so they agreed to honor the policy. While they are a reliable and useful pair of ear buds, I'm probably going to invest in a better pair of headphones and keep those in a case. But while I'm saving up my money, the $20 these cost are a good alternative!

Inexpensive, lightweight earphones I bought as a gift for my gym going mom. The only she laments is not being able to easily tell left from right. They have proven to be more durable than the stock iPhone earbuds.

I am told that Apple spent years and had countless designers work to "engineer" their Ear Pods. They are supposed to fit almost every ear better than the standard ear buds. Well I guess I am one of the not quite everybody because while exercising the Apple Pods just come right out. So the hunt began for a suitable replacement. Back in the old days the ear buds that came with a Sony portable CD player I had (yes I had a Sony portable CD player) were some of the best sounding ear buds I ever had so I thought I would give them a shot. The sound is above average and most importantly they stay in place! A volume control in line would have been nice but all in all a great pair of basic ear buds.
