I am very happy with the quality of the optics. I have no complaints other than the price. I have used it in a variety of situations with great results including excellent night time landscapes. There is some pin cushioning that is easy to correct. The sharpness, color and contrast is terrific and I can crop a photo in half and still have an amazing shot with the a7Riii. My order came in on time but don't forget to use your Best Buy reward points because they expire fast!

This is a great piece of glass from Sony, and it is like buying 3 prime lenses in one. I was looking at options to use on the a6000 and the full frame A7R iii cameras . This wide angle 16mm up to 35mm is fast at all lengths. It could become my most used lens. Astro photography, street and landscapes. Worth saving for.

Incredible lens and definitely a must have lens for your bag. Build quality can be felt when you handle this thing. Price is expensive but you pay for the glass you get, remember that.

The G Master series of lenses by Sony are extremely sharp and have excellent bokeh for a zoom. Though the cost might seem a bit much compared to the Sigma line of lenses, but this is well worth the investment. Build quality and color rendition makes this ideal for both stills and video.

I wasn’t so sure when purchasing this lens at first because of the price, but from all the vids I seen and to now owning this lens it’s all you will want in quality from a full frame lens. Although it’ll be a little heavy to some but not a big issue!

I’ve had a great experience with the Sony lenses! Sharp, quality images. It is tricky with the manual focus since there isn’t an actual gauge on the lens as other companies like Canon, but its the new era of making lenses with the electronic manual in the camera itself. I guess I’m from the old school.

This lens lines up to all of the hype that has surrounded it since launch. Sony has proven yet again why their G Master lenses top the charts in terms of build and image quality. Absolutely love this lens for landscapes paired with my A7RII.

This is a MUST have lens for your collection. I love this for both wide angle pics but also for video. You get what you pay for, and this one doesn't fail to deliver

One of the best Wide angle Glass Sony has. I am so happy I got this lense. Perfect for landscape photography, perfect for real estate films as well. A good overall lens.

I was hesitant at first compared to the same style lens by Zeiss for a lot less money. However, I went with this lens bec I want to take my photography seriously. The quality of the pix are beautiful so I am content with my purchase. Great lens even though the price hurts a bit.

Sony G Master lens are the best available consumer/pro level glass on the market and this lens does not disappoint. Its beefy - definitely has some heft/weight to it to carry around all day, but the results are stunning. I mean STUNNING.

Excellent lens. What else can you expect from a G product. Wish it were lighter but the laws of physics can only be defied so much.

Super sharp lens. Great lens for landscape or real estate shooting. 16mm gets you wide enough you don’t have to put yourself in a corner.

The G-Master series by Sony is the optimum in lens glass quality. This particular zoom brings an entire new dimension for street, landscape and even portraiture photography. This as well as the GM 50mm f/1.2 and the GM 100-4-- f/5.6 are staples in my bag. By far worth the investment especially if you plan to make money with your photography, this and the other G-Master lenses are compatible with all the Alpha Full Frame and yes, they certainly bring a new dimension to the APS-C format NEX or A-6XXX series. Get it and you'll be pleased you invested the capital.

This lens costs more than the equivalent lens from Tamriel but if you can afford the extra cash it’s worth it. Ultra sharp images with straight horizontal lines even at 16mm.

I have always been a big Fan of Sony cameras and lenses, as it has the best picture and color quality.I always go to buy products from best buy as they have best quality and easy to purchase from them
