Controller works fine and was in fantastic condition. There was a point when the camera analog was moving itself but that later got fixed.

I need some new controllers for my Playstation 4 and I saw these refurbished controllers on the Best Buy website for a very good price so i thought I'd give them a try and they work just as well as the brand new controllers out of the box for quite a bit less. Great purchase.

By far this is one of the best controllers I have use, it fits perfect on the hands, the analog and D pad is set in the right place. definitely one of my favorite.

Good product, i took a refurbished one and sometimes i have problems with charging it, but everything else is cool.

The box was damaged but the controller came good but the controller had some scuffs it was a little bit dirty but besides every thing works great

The controller came in good condition, it was just completely filthy. I assumed even if you were buying a used controller it should still come wiped down and sanitized? Especially since it was only $5 less than a brand new one. This was the first time I’ve bought a controller from Best Buy so maybe it’s just how they do things.

controller is great but after 3 weeks the sticks are already having issues. still a good deal.

I was a little nervous about this refurbished controlller but once I received it, I realized I was worried for know reason. It literally looks and operates like a brand new controller. Not a scratch on the exterior on the controller either. So, 5 stars for the price, quality and free shipping!

teenage boys love the remote so far and no problems

This was a refurbished item, it was not working because something was stuck inside the controller. we had to open it, remove the outside object that was broken inside the controller and only then we were able to use it.
