Just received today opened box most definitely some dirt/skin residue from previous owner I open they cleaned or even actaully refurbished controller. Was found in the cracks where the remote comes apart..

I purchased this refurbished PS4 controller and so far, I have no problem. I've been playing for about a month with it and never experienced any problems while playing and the battery life is par with the controller that came with the console. I recommend this item!

I bought this as a Christmas gift so it hasn't been used yet but I'm so glad that we can buy refurbished at a lower price and feel confident that it works.

I received this controller with a Broken/jammed X button. It didn’t click at all and after trying to push it, it got stuck and it didn’t pop back out for a few seconds then slowly emerged. I had to fix it myself and it works much better but still doesn’t make a clicking noise and occasionally gets jammed when I haven’t messed with it for a long time. Pretty disappointed

I bought this specifically for appletv games since I’m only a light occasional game player and it worked fine. Set up was easy and I’m gaming now son!

Didnt even get a good use out of it turned it on tried to play my game and already had issues.Tried to go to bestbuy support and got told that all I could do was visit my local best buy and have the geek squad take a look but I cant even do that due to covid-19.

I needed a new controller to use during this whole quarantine situation and man life saver!!

The square button didn’t work and kept getting stuck. Right joystick was loose and glitching with every game. Called geek squad and they said they couldn’t exchange it and they could only give me money back and I have to make a whole new order.

Thought I Would Give A Refurbish Controller A Shot From Best Buy Bad Idea Should Have Spent The Extra For A New One. The Controller Likes To Take Control And Move Up By It’s Self!!! That’s A Second Refurbished Controller I Got That Was Bad.

I was hesitant about buying a refurbished controller, and I’m not super happy that I did, especially seeing as how it was only a $3 difference. The left joystick is messed up and makes it impossible to use. Waste of $65 if you ask me.

Ordered a refurb thinking it would work, but it can’t even stay connected for more than 5 seconds.

Controller joystick was unusable as it was consistently pulling left and the whole controller smelled like cigarettes. Luck of the draw I guess. Returning it was simple enough.

It came broken with no battery charging capability nothing was refurbished do not buy these

I had to return this product because there was something wrong with one of the buttons so I had to purchase the new ones
