SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!Although this is a pretty neat product the device it self was a pain to work with, i spent the first few days trying to Connect the device to my PS5 thinking it was my internet then i went to a friend's house and i still couldnt connect the portal to the PS5. It took 3 weeks just to link it with my PS5 after it being linked when playing games the system would lagg very bad up to a point where the device would just shut down, anthoer issue ive had with the portal was immediate stick drift and that was weird because its a brand new device. I was excited to try this new playstation equipment but honestly both portals i bought ened up being the same and sucked.

Its ok at best. I feel like there is too much lag to really enjoy. The fact that is has to run on the 5 to use on this device is ridiculous.

It works great. Picture is amazing. My husband definitely loved this as his birthday gift!

This device is great for travel, or playjng when big screen is occupied. Very responsive. BB customer service was very helpful with obtaining product after error during checkout

Always wanted it… but instantly regret it. 1) PS5 have to be on for it to work. And let’s say if your on road and if your PS5 is not on or on standby, it won’t work… 2) You CANNOT watch your Netflix, Hulu or any streaming services on your Media Tab.. Big downfall!! 3) Even with a 500meg internet, this device lags here and there and quality will be affected. Have to restart to have a stable connection again. But the new update seems to fix the lag:. Just a bit

Very easy set up . Used it at a number of different places already the farthest being 250 miles away from my home and 0 lag on the game play. Great product would recommend

Love it my kids have taken over my oled 75 in so having this allows me to enjoy my games while they watch their cartoons FPS Games are a bit tough though but everything else is great

Does what it is supposed to EXCEPTIONALLY well. Internet speeds matter, but, honestly, you don’t need very much up/down to play a story driven game.

If I want to game but my spouse wants me to watch a show with them now I can do both! This device is amazing as long as you have great internet. I recommend hardwiring your ps5.

Bought this for my husband and he loves it. Being able to play a quick game while relaxing on the couch instead of setting up his whole area to play is great. No issues with connection.
