Disappointed in best buy - after waiting in the que for many hours I successfully ordered one. Received shipping notification that it was being being returned to the sender (best buy) because of a hazardous issue with the package. Best Buy elite customer and total tech support offered me a different item. I understand things happen but the item should be replaced. If you read the comments on hotstock or nowinstock this is happening to other customers too, with some receiving replacements and others given no assistance like me. When they are still doing drops it doesnt seem very fair. I have been loyal to best buy purchasing total tech, geek squad pprtections for years and this gives me pause. Buy elsewhere.

This item was an open item it’s missing charger manual and it also stinks weird it was a present and know I can’t return item because of their 2 week policies . I’m a stuck with this used product the stench is horrible

I was not a fan at all, sorry this fell short for me.

Ive had it for 1 whole day ans the connection is so bad. It lags and disconnects. You cant play any games without constantly having issues. Huge FAILURE!!! DO NOT BUY

Within five minutes of turning it on it freezes, glitches, cuts off and sounds distorted.

Sony can do better, psp outnatches this any day. Put a little bit more effort into it and really could start a whole new market behind this with the right added features and a couple tweaks to the software

Please be advised that this will not allow access to online play for kids accounts although access is allowed on the PS5. It makes no sense at all. My son cannot use outside of the house and to find out after I purchase not only the game system but the nearly $200 PS Pass that is also a requirement to play online. I would give negative stars if I could.

Not very satisfied. It’s a great concept and the display and function work great but its not practical as it can’t be played on public WIFI so it defeats the whole purpose of it.

Portal does not stay connected long enough to play a game.

Super laggy all the time but even worse out of the house, wish it was a true portable having to be remote play to the ps sucks

It is ok for certain uses but I bought it because I travel for work and i thought it would be useful but it isn’t.

Horrible device !!! save your money !!! Use your IPAD / IPHONE for remote play Running 2GBSP & hardwire and literally next to my system and this garbage devices always lags & disconnects

 dislike it because u can use anywhere u have to use it at that is dum if u make something like do like the psv or like switch can’t even play game out side come on no wonder switch makes the top seller 

Not worth 300 when you can do the same for free on a PC. Remote play is already laggy. This is just a controller with a screen. My tablet works better than this

Experience overall no matter the game was choppy. The idea is great, but the product itself is not. Maybe next one SONY. Something non remote play based

Meh it’s like good but then just gets blurry and laggy and I have good wifi idk it’s cool but idk I sold mine

Doesnt connect to hotel internet it does not have its own internet Explorer.

It keeps disconnecting even when I have a 1gb internet speed, is just a controller with a screen.

Don’t not conect to ps5 I try different ways and look on YouTube and tell me same thing some people had same problem
