Overall good product for it use but still lacking on connection issues even with the new update 5.0.0, but we still need more game up to date games!

I personally like the playstation portal. It’s comfortable to hold and convenient to use around the house especially if you have kids. One downfall is it doesn’t connect to the PlayStation sometimes even when on rest mode. So make sure you got somebody home to restart your PlayStation, in case you can’t connect away from home. I played Spider-Man Miles Morales flawlessly along with Mortal Kombat 1. I can’t wait till they add cloud streaming. 

Very fun as extension for the PS5. Somewhat lacking in performance when streaming, but that is due to sony software

Kids love it! They use it out back in the garage. And front porch. Has a slight lag but still ok.

Cool product . Unfortunately i didn't have a ps5 to connect it to. I disnt realize you needed one..i should of did more research on this. But i didn't

Pretty wack, takes forever to connect, lags all the time with any kind of WiFi

This ps5 portal is absolutely fantastic! The build quality is top-notch, the features are incredibly useful, and it has completely transformed my kids gaming experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a consol portal .

This has veen great for days im feeling sick and dont want to get out of bed or just want to lay in a specific spot and play. Its also great if youre in one of those situations where your ps5 is in a family room and the tv is being used. The LCD screen is really bright and great quality. Sound is amazing. There are alot of people speaking negative about the product, but considering its sold out and hard to find in some places, i think that speaks for itself.

Dualsense haptics are great on this. Steam deck and phones can't quite get it right. Wish there were more options to adjust the streaming quality like chiaki and pxplay, theres not much on portal and the stream quality isn't that great.

Ever sifne the update withh cloud gaming it has been so smooth. No ps5 needed ajd they added games every week when i travel I can take my portal with me. Even though its in beta one day we can play our games or maybe download them but no lag or nothing when I play

I’ve been hesitant to get this device after looking at initial reviews, but overtime I had seen positivity go up and I finally jumped on it. I’ve had it now for two weeks and I can say that this is a purchase well-made it’s exactly how I envisioned it would be. It’s not perfect, but it definitely does what I need it to do

I definitely love the portal. I was surprised by how well it works. The video quality is great and the audio is awesome. The fact that it has the same haptic feedback as a dual sense controller is icing on the cake. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because there are some drops in connection, which causes the portal to sometimes disconnect, but it reconnects right away. I am definitely satisfied with my purchase.

My grandson loves the A.R, he plays it everyday. His movements make me laugh so I have fun also.

Love how big the screen is and that I can play my games when I am away from home.

I love the feel of this device . The ergonomic is great to me . Especially when I compare it to the steam deck and the rog ally . When you have a good connection it works great. Can't say it's perfect but ,the quality of the screen and size of the screen is better than using my phone for gaming . It's a great accessory to go with the PS5 . I am able to play it outside my house without issues, granted I have to have good solid wifi connection .

Great handheld system I would recommend the purchase of this item. I purchased one when they first came out and this is my third purchase for my family again a great item I would always recommend this.

I brought this for my brother as a surprised. He was surely surprised and loves it. I can’t get him to put it down.
