Better than I expected. I couldn’t even get this at game stop

So far I have used this for playing mainly rpgs such as sea of stars and FF pixel remasters etc. Haven't had any issues streaming to the portal using ideatek wifi 6 AP's.

finally was about to purchase one - so far everything works great but please make sure you have a strong wifi signal before purchasing. i had to upgrade my internet so it wouldn’t be so laggy

i purchased this for my boyfriend’s birthday and i don’t regret it! when he’s traveling or working, the portal is still connected to his console and the quality is amazing!

Love my Dadstation so much! Did a lot of research and was waiting for it to become available. I know the reviews are torn. But I works well for me, and I’ve not had any issues!

I love this thing. I often don't have access to my TV (wife), so the ability to keep on gaming on my PS5 with is awesome. Screen looks great, and when set up properly, it plays great too.

The portal is great I’m very happy with this purchase when your a dad it’s hard to play when your children are using the tv but with the portal now I can play whatever I want

This thing is mostly a pretty paper weight. When it works, pretty nice. But even on the best days, right in the middle it will disconnect. Also if you’re not at home, good luck. It sucks cause it looks so good and like I said when it does work it feels amazing besides the tiny thumb sticks but coming from a switch I was ok with that. It doesn’t do anything I would expect from it so I’m saying it’s bad.

When playing games I don’t like to leave my wife by herself, so this solves that issue - can play next to her on the couch.

This device is such a wonder if you are looking to take your gaming anywhere in your house. I love watching sports on the TV while playing the Portal. A must have for Playstation fans.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!Although this is a pretty neat product the device it self was a pain to work with, i spent the first few days trying to Connect the device to my PS5 thinking it was my internet then i went to a friend's house and i still couldnt connect the portal to the PS5. It took 3 weeks just to link it with my PS5 after it being linked when playing games the system would lagg very bad up to a point where the device would just shut down, anthoer issue ive had with the portal was immediate stick drift and that was weird because its a brand new device. I was excited to try this new playstation equipment but honestly both portals i bought ened up being the same and sucked.

Works great in very situational settings. If you access to private wifi networks outdide of your home, it’ll work just fine. On public networks, not so well.

My bf absolutely loves it. He can take it anywhere!! Traveling for work made easier!

I like the way it looks big screen and all it just lags allot that’s the reason I give it a 3 star rating,now if it wouldn’t lag so much it would be a five star rating for sure!!

If you have a strong, fast wifi connection this is a nice companion to your PS5. I would prefer a higher resolution screen, but otherwise I dont have any complaints.

The fact that you can now take your entire ps5 catalog with you on the go is awesome. I just wish they would add the entire ps5 experience to the portal.

If only this had Bluetooth, Wifi 6, 1440p, and Cellular data. Of course these features would translate into a higher cost of the product, but for what this is-it works quite well.

Such a great portable option so I can use my PS5 anywhere. Sometimes I need to restart my PS5 because there are issues with the connection, but otherwise, it’s been a game changer.
