One of the worst gaming purchases I’ve ever made. Latency is terrible, constantly loses connection.

Neat toy to have on the go, but playing Modern Warfare 3 not so great because of FPS. Glitches quite often.

This is very strange to me I wanted it to be perfect but its far from perfect! Using Backbone with the PS Remote app on my ipad and android phone was much smoother that using PS portal! With the portal I kept having a 3-5 seconds of buffering every couple of minutes while this is never the case with my phone and ipad! How come a dedeicated device is worse than an app! I deceided to sell it on Marketplace instead of returning it since it was sold out anyways.

An item was fraudulently purchased through my compromised account and released at this Sherman Oaks Best Buy via curbside pickup. I did not authorize the purchase or pickup. After insisting on answers, I was told that for curbside pickup, ID may or may not be checked, per store policy. A high value item was handed to an unauthorized person with no proper verification. Very concerning security practices.

Big screen and controls that are identical to the PS5 controller make this a great alternative if you can’t use your TV its connected to.

This is great, decent battery but better have a good wifi connection. I can play on the couch when the kids take over the TV.

Works as intended. I use it all over my house with my ps5 being in the basement. No drops but i do have high speed internet. Easy set up

Even with all the updates still has a connection issue. I tried many options online and none solve it. Wi-Fi router, ps5, and the portal in the same room that isn’t even that big and gets disconnected every 5 minutes or less. I can truly say pass on this product. I felt I just spent all this money for a paper weight. Get any game and it will be more worth it than this Portal.

Love that I can play PS5 anywhere. My Tv is mount on the Wall and is a little higher up. I acn play comfortably with the PS portal

This device exceeded my expectations. Beautiful screen and colors pops up. My ps5 is hardwired and I don’t see any lag or delay. Glad that I preordered.
