Great headset

The build quality of the head band is great but the plastic ear cups feel kinda cheap. I know its probably to keep the weight down so, for the price it hink its overall a good headset, but i wish the plastic felt a hight quality.

Excellent Headset!

Battery life seems largely average compared to other headsets, roughly 25+ hours before getting a low battery warning. Maybe a better value if it dropped in price $30-$50.

Most comfortable PS5 headset out there!

Best overall feature is the lightweight build of the headset itself. Feels like clouds on both the top of your head and ears. Sound quality is superb with a little tweaking via the Sony Connect iOS app.

NO GAME/CHAT VOLUME CONTROL ON PS5!

They fit and sound okay, and the mic is an improvement from the H9, but they're not good enough for this price. How are you going to charge $350+ and you can't use them to control the game/chat volume on PS5, only PC? That's ridiculous to me. I had the previous H9, and you could change the game/chat volume with the dedicated buttons, but not with the new, more expensive H9 II version?? For the price, they should have the same capabilities as the previous version and more.

We understand that this is a core feature you relied on in the previous H9 model. While the dedicated buttons on the H9 II are designed for PC use with the INZONE Hub software, you can still adjust the Game/Chat volume balance directly within the PS5 Control Center. Simply press the PS button on your controller, select the Sound icon, and use the Audio Balance slider to fine-tune your game and chat audio mix. We value your honest comparison to the prior model, and your input on feature continuity at this price point is critical for our development teams.

An exceptional headset

Now admittedly I started with just a basic Turtle Beach pair back when the Xbox one came out but I’ve had several more expensive versions/bands throughout the years. So first off the comfort lvl or the over ear cuffs is phenomenal plus they’re really light weight but not in a cheap way. Ok so next is the adjustable headband super easy/convenient just press a button on either side of the headband a side up or down then release the button. Now the sound quality is basically as you’d expect from Sony but not ground breaking lvls above some a the others I tried in the same price point. Conclusion is I would highly recommend these to anyone will the shell out the money for them.

Great noise canceling

An excellent headset for any use case

The mic quality is also good , would recommend. I had the old H7 and this irons out all the issues I had with it

The charging is super quick, they’re light weight and the sound quality is amazing. One of my favorite features is it connects to both my PS5 and my phone at the same time for some really great immersion. It may be on the expensive side but if you ever want to treat yourself and have some extra cash you should check these out
