    The USB transceiver broke after 1 week. After a 2 hour troubleshooting live chat with Sony they have decided to replace the whole product.

    Trash headset i had these for like 17 days and the dongle messed up! It wont let me connect or nothing this is probably the worst headset i ever got in my life never again!!!!!
