USB Transceiver is Tacky

The USB transceiver broke after 1 week. After a 2 hour troubleshooting live chat with Sony they have decided to replace the whole product.
We regret to hear about what happened to the USB transceiver. This isn't normally the case with the INZONE H9. Your feedback is extremely important to us and is very much appreciated. With Sony's 1-year manufacturer's limited warranty, you are definitely covered. We hope you'll have a better experience with the replacement unit. Trash headset i had these for like 17 days and the dongle messed up! It wont let me connect or nothing this is probably the worst headset i ever got in my life never again!!!!!
