Great Sony battery

It did. Very overpriced for what it is but everybody sells it for the same high price. If you need it you need it.

Battery life is excellent (especially considering it’s for mirrorless cameras). I’ve used aftermarket options and the past and they’re just not as good. They never last as long and sometimes the Sony cameras don’t interact very well with them. Stick to the genuine Sony batteries!

It definitely gives keeps you able to to stay in the game and takes away the worry of your camera die without a backup battery.

The extra battery your Sony A7iii camera needs

The camera didn't come with an extra battery and I wanted to be able to have a backup in case the primary battery died. This battery worked perfectly and charged quickly. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs an extra Sony battery.

Sony batteries have never let me down. If you rely on your Sony camera for an income, don’t compromise, buy the Sony battery. These Z batteries seem to last forever, they’re awesome! I use this Z as the 2nd battery in my grip alongside the original battery that came with my A7R iv

Battery life with the NP-FW50 was awful. I have been carrying six NP-FW50 batteries around for over 5 years to power my Sony A7RII. With my new A7RIV, I can easily make it through the day with one (or perhaps two) NP-FZ100 batteries. They are a bit larger, but the extra life is great. You could put the money you safe buying fewer batteries toward that new lens ;-)
