PS5 games look amazing as well as playing PS4 games which has much smoother frame rate and faster loading . I originally had most of my ps4 games on external hdd so it was very easy to move over to PS5 . Console is Big and quiet and looks like a WIFI router you get from the Future I love it . I did have some crashes with PS5 games ,but if I remember this was the same issue when PS4 came out with crashes which was fixed with patches and updates I'm not worried about this SONY know what they're doing . Cant wait for the 1 Party games to come out soon and if you were not one of the lucky ones to get one just be little patient and you'll get one too . cheers!

Hard to get, but worth it if you’re lucky enough to pick one up. Amazing graphics and fast load times are what to expect. Dualsense controller is amazing as well. Highly recommended

By far the PS5 is the best Playstation console Sony has come out with. The graphics are amazing. The colors and level of detail are as good as or better than some CGI films. Sony has taken it to a whole new level for gaming. The audio is excellent the Dolby Atmos is a huge improvement over the PS4 PRO. The controller with the haptic and trigger response is superior over the PS4. The games so far have been great for the launch of the PS5. I'm looking forward to seeing what Sony does with PS5. The next big step will be the Update to allow memory expansion. If your lucky to pick one up I highly recommend getting one.

Really a great system! Only gripe would be the little storage it has. Best Buy also didn’t take care of the packaging very well. Everything is working very fast and smooth. It’s quiet except every now and then the fan will kick on for a few seconds then go back to being silent. Love watching 4K Blu-ray’s and playing my backlog of ps4 games right now better then ever. The game included, Astros play room is a fun nostalgic title on PlayStations history. Looking forward to seeing some ps5 titles that really show what the console can do. The new dual sense controller is very nice and I easily got accustomed to it.

Nice System. Bought for my friend and he loves it. Needs more storage and don't stand vertically (google it) Controllers are okay. If they break, contact Sony (1 year warranty)

I mean what really needs to be said besides that this is the perfect gaming console. I ended up purchasing this model and the model with the disc drive and I will say I do prefer the one with a disc so I can play all my old PS4 games. You can talk about the new design and you either like it or hate it, but once you get it plugged in and set up, there is nothing better. Also the new DualSense controller is an absolute game changer and is one of the best parts of the new console. Its a blast to play and everything loads so fast. Also don't skip over the free game that's included (Astro's Playroom)

This thing is gigantic. Really?? About as tall or wide as an A/V receiver. Pictured against a yamaha rx-a3070. The controller though is interesting. It feels like instead of the traditional rumble spinning motors, it feels like it has a pair of LFE buttkickers in the grips. But just like the xbox. There aren’t any release titles that really stretch the legs of the ps5. Those who missed out, really aren't missing much at all. Heard horror stories about some games bricking the hard drive as wake from suspend on some old ps4 games cause the HD to corrupt. Hopefully they figured out why and patched it.

The playstation 5 is an amazing value. The performance per dollar is insane on this product for only $500. The only thing I can knock is the storage however for the price and the fact I can store all PS4 games on my old external drive I used on my PS4 I cant dock a star off my review. The console is solid, backwards compatibility is amazing, and everything about the system performs amazingly. When you buy the system I highly recommend playing the free game bundled with all consoles called Astro's Playroom. I got so much nostalgia from it and the game shows what the controller can do. Amazing console 5/5 stars.

Even though I don’t play as much as I used to do before this is an awesome console. Only thing missing is more space to have games.

Omg after months of searching, what feels like every store and website, known too sale this elusive console. Best Buy answered my prayers, hopes and dreams when one faithful I happened too be browsing the website and BOOM the add too cart button was available and the rest is history. This system runs like a beast blasting through loading screens and updates. 4K TV is by far the only way too view your new next generation gaming device. Definitely a must buy or at least a must preview but honestly once you hook it up and play your favorite games you will be the one hooked...

You can’t go wrong with this amazing machine! If you are able to snag one I highly recommend it. So many great PS exclusives coming out in 2023 so get one now!

Tried for soo long to get one. Finally did and I’m glad I did. Great ease of use. Games run and look much better. When you get it, definitely play Astro’s playroom which is free and installed on ps5. It shows how amazing the Dualsense controller is. IMO the PS5 controller is the biggest next generation jump. When you launch a game, it loads really fast. From turning on the system and starting a game it’s about 10-15 seconds to get to gameplay. Very much worth it.

Glad i was able to pre order the PS5. Coming off the PS4 Pro the loading is super fast and noticeable. No more waiting 1 - 4 minutes on games to load. Graphics look good too played AC Valhalla and Miles Morales on a 4K tv. One bad thing is the storage capacity is not that much. I have only 3 PS5 games )Valhalla, Miles Morales and Watch Dogs Legion) installed and its already almost halfway full. Disc drive is a bit loud at times maybe because im close to the console but not even the PS4 Pro did that. Overall great purchase definitely glad i was able to buy from retail instead of ebay.

The best console ever, the best console of all, very good graphics and one of the best in its generation

- The Design of the model is Great, and a couple of easter eggs across the console and controller - The Fan is quiet and don’t sound like southwest airlines as the Base PS4 - The Graphics are off the chain - The Dualsense trigger effect is cool at effects and vibration it gives but for me i’ll turn it off, I just want to play the game This is the greatest Console model i’ve ever played so far and I think this a great gift to your Child on there birthday

I was able to order on 11/12 morning AZ time and picked it up on 11/18. I noticed Best Buy website was doing a intermittent restock and also having users to wait before being able to click on Add to Cart, then an additional two factor verification, I’m guessing this is to prevent bot/scalpers. I think this is a good idea since PS5 is on extreme high demand. PS5 works great, it is large and definitely stands out in the living room. Menu is super smooth and game load times are quick! The controller is innovative improvements, I definitely feel this is a next generation upgrade!

Coming from the Original PS4 model the changes with the PS5 have been Amazing. Clearer visuals, faster load times, and all that Sony promised with the PS5 have been realized in this next gen console. Set up for the PS5 was easy and quick and adding an HDD(or SSD) was a simple process. The PS5 is able to run PS4 at their optimal performance levels with no trace of problems. The games in the ps5 have virtually no load times and combined with the Dualsense and a 3D audio capable headset allows for truly immersion gaming that hopefully will carry on well into the PS5 life.
