I have been looking for a radio like this. Used to have one hanging from my rearview mirror a million years ago. So cool.

Small, compact easy to use portable radio with good reception .

It serves it's purpose. Nothing fancy or high tech. Simple and works great for listening to Brewers baseball while at the game.

I bought two of these for my daughters to put in their emergency survival kits. They are the perfect size for that. Sony quality.

I wanted a replacement for a pocket radio and saw this one. It offers good solid reception on AM and FM. It does have a built in speaker; a feature that I didn’t need. I prefer listening with ear buds. My only complaint is the location of the earphone jack on the side of the unit. It should have been on the top. Makes it tough if not impossible to put in a shirt pocket.

This old style trans. radio is great for listening to radio w/o headphones at low volumes. Also will take to sports events for play by plays.

I wanted a small battery operated radio that I could take to the beach or listen to while outside with my earphones. This radio certainly has filled my needs beyond expectations. It has a tuner button that I use to listen my favourite stations. I have used it consistently for the past 2 months with the same batteries. The sound is clearly wonderful!!!

Price is right for a basic radio - AM/FM, nothing fancy but it works well. It's compact so easy to take with you, like to a ball game or the beach, and listen to the game or some tunes.

IT IS GRAND FOR WORKING BY MY SIDE IN THE YARD. ALSO GOOD FOR WESTCOAST SPORTS GAMES AT MY BEDSIDE. THE COST WAS VERY REASONABLE. GET IT YOU WILL LOVE IT.

The transistor Radio is a nice inexpensive choice to listen to AM/FM Radio via the speaker or earphones. Easy to use the radio works well anywhere you go.

Radios like this are hard to find. It serves the purpose I was looking for which is to listen to talk radio stations in bed.

Good sound quality and tuning . Hard to find a standard portable radio these days. This is worth the extra money oppose to ones for $10-12 that may not last very long.

We purchased the Sony AM/FM Portable Radio so that we would have access to news during emergencies like the hurricane storm season. The quality is good and clear.

So very happy with my Sony Radio. It is a far better quality radio then the memorex radios I have gotten in the past. Better reception and many more stations.
