This was a mothers day gift from my 2 daughters and it was perfect. I had it up and running within 30 minutes of opening the box. The e book store has a great selection and a good price. Music plays clearly and pictures look sharp. I love the fact that it also holds word and adobe files. The down side is the price. I would think that it would show colors but Im sure that is soon to come. Does not support MAC software.

I have not own these ereader. but I have tried it, as well as the PRS-505 and the Kindle, and this is the one I am more comfortable about it. Great analogy with a real book by its touchscheen and way of flipping pages. Fast. Very high tech, sturdy looks. I own a lot of pdf ebooks, and this does a better jod than the PRS-500 or the Kindle. But be aware of some more glare. I will buy one in some hours!

I have only had this for one day and I absolutely love it!! I read 2-5 books a week and have books EVERYWHERE in my house. I downloaded 9 books at one time and only have this small thing to carry and when I finish one book a new one is just a click away!! I would recommend this to anyone who reads alot. As a mom I have so much stuff shoved in my purse and of course there is always a book in there, this item is smaller than most books so it gives me some extra space. I got the 700 because of the lighted background and faster page turn and download speed. I LOVE IT!!!
