While we're glad that you like most of the features, especially the incredible audio, we're sorry you've been running into difficultly. The WF-C700N may fall out or feel uncomfortable during use if you don't wear the earbuds properly or the earbud tips are not correct for your ears. To ensure optimal performance, as well as to obtain the best fit and prevent the headset from falling out, change the earbud tips to ones that fit more snugly in your ears. When changing the earbud tips, try the earbud tip sizes in order from the larger ones to the smaller ones. The most suitable size of the earbud tips for left and right ears may be different. When wearing them, gently pull up on the top of your ears, put the earbud tips in your ear canal, and then twist the earbuds into place. This makes sure the earbuds are firmly in the ear canal. Clean the Charging Contacts: Use a soft, dry cloth to gently clean the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the charging case. Dirt or debris can sometimes cause connectivity issues

Try a Different USB Cable: If the LED does not light up, try using a different USB cable to connect the charging case to the USB power source.
