Stop holding a charge after less than two months

So she first started using them in late December and now it is not even Valentines Day and they won't hold a charge. They were not eligible for return as of three weeks ago.

I liked the magnet but it was not strong enough to keep it together. I didn't like the earplug part. every time I fit in, it made a weird cheap plastic fitting sound. I think the material that is making that plug is so thin and empty, it felt very uncomfortable putting on and keep it on.

Unfortunate letdown

Returned them and got a pair of BeatsX which she loved. Hopefully just a dud since other Sony products we have bought in the past have been except.
