I purchased this item and Thank God I got the protection plan. The item stopped working twice within 2 weeks of having them. For $149 that was very disappointing. I eventually had to replace them with a completely different brand of Bluetooth headphones

These are high priced and the quality doesn't last more than a few months. This is my 3rd set in a short amount of time. Very dissapointed in the longevity of item. They should be considered disposables.

Unfortunately, I had to return them - the caller couldn't hear me so the defeated the purpose.

Hi, NayLynn!
Please try to reset the headphones to factory default settings to resolve the issue. See the link below on how to.

Instructions are the worst. Obviously done by engineers that have no idea how to write instructions. 2 1/2 half hours to charge? Really? Noise canceling is not good. Earbud falls out easily from just one ear. No matter how I position it. I should've returned these but waited too long. Shame on me. I have serious buyers remorse. Only good thing is that the sound isn't bad. Only reason I bought these was that the sound quality of my Jabra wireless ear buds wasn't that great and I needed noise cancellation. Find something better. Its got be out there. The problem is you can't try any of these out and have to rely on reviews.

I bought these to replace my Bose active headphones, they broke after 4 months, they were $130. I Paid $150 for the Sony headphones, awful. They don't stay connected if your phones in your pocket! I could've bought the much cheaper skull Candy and had the same sounds quality. Save your money, these still need tweaking. Not worth current price, and no I don't notice a difference with the noise cancellation on. Went to complain about the connection, was told it's cause of my phone, it's a pixel 3. They than tried to sell me a new Galaxy 10. Pathetic

I don't know what's going on with these other reviewers headphones, but I just bought these and I am incredibly satisfied. I have had zero issues with anything, they are crystal clear and the range is great! As for my phone, I'm using an LG stylo 4 and it syncs up great. I also bought the protection plan so I don't have to worry about replacing them, so definitely happy with my purchase.

First, they are headphones, they are comfortable, they are wireless. - so it's not all bad.
But let's talk about the real reasons you pay more than $100 for headphones: sound quality and active noise cancelling.
Some of you may say I am harsh because the sound quality doesn't stack up to a $10 pair of earbuds - what should I expect for a $125 noise cancelling? Well, for one, I'd expect the active noise cancelling to not just be a white noise generator. Either you have active noise cancelling, or you don't. These always have a background hiss which is more annoying than the noise I am trying to cancel and they don't isolate any better than the el-cheapo earbuds.
On top of that, Sony wants you to put their app on your phone which doubles as a controller for the headphones - which you'll want because the on device controls are awfully awkward. You also need the app to update the firmware - which took nearly an hour!
Pretty disappointed, so I'll be returning these today. I still like Sony, but this particular product isn't worth it.

Suppose to work with Android phone.I have Samsung 8+ and Lenovo laptop. They would only charge connected to laptop.
Now On/Off button stop working fluidly after two months . Bluetooth cycles on and off. The sound was decent for the price point. I use when driving and taking online classes. However not worth the aggravation. Disappoint because I went brick and mortar Best Buy Associate recommend these to me.

Did not work as well as LG Tone Infinum. For the price level I expected better.
