An excelent product which I would recommend. At first I was not sure if it would be a great product but once I tried them they were a win win. And they where at a great price during the holidays. I would definitely buy them again.

The sound is very good and clear. It's so amazing.

So far I've enjoyed every second of these Sony headphones. My main use for them is wearing at work and around the house. They are comfortable to wear, even for extended periods, the battery life is great, running over 9 hours on the first charge, and the sound is well above average, rivaling the best wired or other wireless earbuds I've had. Call quality is excellent, for both me and the person on the other end of the call. The floppy neck strap is far superior to stiff models, and feels like it will take a fair amount of punishment. The only issue I've run into, which is not much of an issue, is the volume controls on the headphones and the volume controls on my android phone are independent of each other. So when I first turned them on and turned up the volume from my phone, the volume on the headphones was still very quiet. Once I figured out that the headphone volume controls operate independently of the phone controls, I was able to crank the volume up. Now I just leave the headphones turned all the way up and control the volume with my phone. Overall I would highly recommend these great Sony headphones.

I purchased this set during a cyber monday deal and they have good sound but I wish they where not as bulky

I ended up taking it back since the neck piece was lo ever then I liked. Although the sound was good.

These Sony wireless earphones are pretty good and have bass.

These are awesome, but the portion holding them together is not solid. Rather it's springy rubber, as a result of you have only one ear in it falls to the opposite side and sometimes semi-painfully gets plucked out of your ear. Once you tie a solid headband to it, it's WONDERFUL!

This is the first pair of wireless in-ear headphones. And I am very pleased with them. I try this ones because they were on sale. Just to try them out and I am very happy with the performance.

My son said he though got these would be ok, but really wanted a different brand. So we returned these. Not sure of quality

Love extra bass Sony however having earphones dangling is not quite my thing.

I had already bought one that I use at my job liked it so much I bought 1 to use at home. It works great with all my bluetooth products

The phone purchased was replacement for old phone. Between customer service support which was excellent and the quality of the product I could recommend Best Buy as the go to store.

Very good headphones. Guide was easy to understand. Would have liked to have the reference guide printed and included, not online.

Love the overal sound but it slips off a little easy.

Fades In and out, sometimes having trouble hearing

I bought these for using it while running. They are not at all good to hold up. Would slip away all the time.. as I speed up. And mic sound quality as per my friends wasn't good. Over all for listening music it's ok. But apart from that not good at all

I've owned several Sony headphones over the years from wired buds to wireless on ear to wireless over ear and enjoyed them all. They always performed well at a reasonable price. These live up to my expectations with a few minor drawbacks. The neckband style is a little awkward for me but I will probably get used to it. Also the wires are a little long and can sometimes get in the way. Probably not good for running or using at the gym, get the sport headphones for that. Otherwise, good sound and lots of bass. Sony products I have owned have been high quality and reliable and these seem to be as well.

A Christmas gift that I always use at the gym. Earpieces stay in place! Love the wraparound-the-neck design.
