Watch out for Third Party orders!

The item is good, but I was not told it came from a third party and the gift card was not taken and they charged shipping. It should have been free over $35 on Best Buy. I did a Chat with a supervisor and she could not help because it was from a third party. This should have been explained when I bought it. I had no idea!
