These earbuds are awesome best noise cancellation ever!!
but This Burbank store was 100% one on the worst best buy I've ever gone to. I had perchance them at the Downers Grove location to get picked up at the Burbank location it was a 40 min drive but I didn't mind because I really wanted them. They only had 3 in stock, and when I got there they told me they still haven't grabbed them off the floor, they were nice enough to point me at the location of where they would be. I took me not even 10 seconds to grab the last box and return back to that employee, at this point I just wanted to have him take off the security bands and as I showed him my receipt providing all the information he needs to see to know that I "not only purchased it at a different store the same day but did his job and took it off the floor" he says "I technically can't let you have this until it shows in the system that its been picked up off the floor".... I almost lost it but he sent me to some manager that didn't want anything to do with it so she sent me to customer service, customer service tried sending me back to that same manager, so I requested a actual professional manager that knows what they're doing. After waiting 20 mins he shows up and tells me the only way to go about this is to cancel my same day store purchase I did with my debit card and wait 2-3 days (for it to go back on my debit card) and purchase it AGAIN instore or wait for the system to say they picked it up off the floor which could take hours. I told them I didn't have anymore money in my account to repurchase them. They didn't care. So I texted a couple friends to see if they'll send me some cash. Also I have my service dog with me thinking I'd be in and out as I should of been. Finally after 2 hours of pure nonsense I had enough to cancel my store purchase to make a in-store purchase. I still to this day have not received my money back and this was on 11/29/24 today is 12/10/24 and I was told word by word 2 to 3 days to get my money back on my card from there customer service employee and this best buy manager. I'm not one to ever complain but this Burbank best buy location sucks, terrible service, lazy employee's, and careless managers.

These are my favorite buds to date. They offer 5 or 6 different tips - make sure to try several tong nd a good seal. Once you do, you ahould then use the app to create a custom EQ for your tastes. Then you're set. These buds are crystal clear with punchy bass and a better app than my $700 bowers and wilkins headphones. They out-perform a few models I've had from sony and plantronics by a mile.

Great earbuds. Great sound and ANC, probably the best you will find for the price. Mics work well for calls. The transparency mode is also improved over the Life Note3, let's in about 70-80% of ambient noise, seems to focus more on picking up voices. I'm giving 4 stars because I had to return the first pair because of a clicking sound in the left earbud. So I'm a bit concerned about quality, not only because of this issue but my Life Note 3 sometimes have connectivity issues now after about 1 1/2 years of use. Oh and sometimes after ending a call, music will resume with static. The only way to fix it is to put the earbuds back in the case for about 5 seconds and then reconnect. I like the earbuds enough to deal with this inconvenience.

These earbuds have excellent sound quality. I mainly use them for my online school lectures (student) and I can hear my professor just fine when they are talking. The active noise cancelling is the real deal! Don't expect to block out all sound while wearing these, personally I don't think that's possible if you know how sound travels through air AND bone...But they definitely minimize all distractions so that I can focus on either the online lecture or listen to my favorite music.
The battery is also incredible. I was able to utilize them for a combination of 3 hours of online lecture (with mic) and 4 hours of listening to music before the low battery warning.
One thing I will note though, you can exercise great control over the earbuds through the app on an Android phone, but the same can not be said when using them paired with a PC. I am mainly using them to participate in school meetings and so I use them paired with a Windows PC. There is no application that I am aware of that can be installed on a PC for the same customization on an Android device.

I bought these Soundcare 4 NC as a warranty replacement of a previous set of wireless earbuds. These are the best that I have experienced by Soundcore by Anker Liberty. These are a definite improvement over the Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro. They come with an assortment of ear inserts that fit perfectly - something that has been a challenge for me in other brands that I have tried at twice the price. The noise cancelling is fantastic and the app worked flawlessly for setting up and fine tuning the buds to accommodate a slight hearing loss that I have in one ear. The sound now comes through well balanced and equalized. They are light weight with easy touch controls and the battery charger in the case goes for days before needing a recharge. Very happy with this purchase.

I have been a fan of Soundcore for awhile now. Mainly because they have pretty decent products at pretty decent prices. For the price these Liberty 4 ANC wireless headphones are sweet. They look nice, fit well i dont have any issues with them falling out of my ears. Quick pairing, some touch functions and the sound is all Soundcore, which in my opinion is decent. Could be a little louder, but thats why they have volume booster apps. Battery life is pretty good so far. And the Soundcore app lets you customize a few things.

Absolutely love my Soundcore by Anker Liberty 4 NC earbuds! The noise canceling is seriously impressive—I can barely hear anything around me, even in busy or loud environments. The sound quality is crystal clear with deep bass, and calls come through perfectly on both ends.
They’re super comfortable to wear for long periods, the battery life is amazing, and I love how easy they are to pair and customize through the app. For the price, these earbuds honestly compete with much more expensive brands.
Highly recommend if you want powerful noise canceling, great sound, and excellent value. Worth every penny!

I do like these earbuds although I don't know about them being completely noise canceling. They do fall out of my ears. I don't know whether it's me or my physicality who knows these are my first actual earbuds, I usually wear the hoop type of ear buds but the sound quality is very good and I do like them, and they're easy to pair. I wish it had a good equalizer.

Great buy! Listen I’ve owned multiple beats earbuds and I generally like them but they are expensive. These earbuds are a great choice and you don’t have to compromise. I had issues with talk quality with the “other” earbuds but I’ve had no issues whatsoever with people hearing me when on a call. The connection with my iPhone is excellent and the sound quality and battery life are both pleasant surprises. Zero complaints

I replaced my pixel buds series A that are the same price and wow, these are better than even the pixel pro buds at twice the price, which I also have. The sound quality is fabulous. The pairing, instant. The fit excellent. The app makes everything perfect for all conditions. The noise cancelling is better than pixel buds pro. I don't have any negative to say. The battery life, awesome. I won't be going back to any pixel buds. Soundcore is my go to with what you get for the price!

I got these on sale and was a bit hesitant. I know Anker makes great chargers, but wasnt sure about earbuds. I am happy I got them. The sound is clear and crisp. The bass is nice and not over bearing, which some earbuds are. These are my favorite earbuds so far.

These are better than my Airpod 2 pros, NC is really good, not able to hear anyone or anything once it is on. Charge last 2-3 days with full use. The only complain i have is not being able to track headphones on either the Soundcore app or find my device (Apple).

Sound quality and microphone are fantastic especially for the price. They have a tendency to fall out of my ears when I get extra sweaty putting lights up on trees in the winter. Despite falling out of ears, I would strongly advise to buy.

Excellent noise-canceling earbuds for the price! The Soundcore by Anker Liberty 4 NC delivers amazing sound quality with deep bass and clear highs. The noise cancellation works extremely well, even in loud environments, and calls sound crisp.
They’re comfortable, easy to set up, and the battery life lasts all day. The app customization is a great bonus. Easily one of the best value earbuds I’ve purchased from Best Buy. Highly recommend!
I would recommend this to a friend

I have been using soundcore devices since they enter the industry, like the title said is good to see a company that makes exponentially better devices, price and microphone wise the p2 life were the best for the price I did test various and choose those, they still work, but I needed something better, then I saw the liberty 4 NC, the liberty pro 3 were legendary, so when I saw the non pro variant at a good price and seeing that it have LDAC and Noise Canceling It is the best on the market for what it offer.
Size wise is also pretty portable I also recommend Soundcare travel case, is really good!
If you do not see the LDAC codec go to app and update the devices to get access to it!
