Our dresser arrived in a timely manner, however the box was damaged on one corner. After removing all the pieces, I could see that Part #A was damaged slightly, but I could live with it. However, we could not find the time to put it together, until three days ago. At that time, we learned that one piece had a defective part and we mentioned the part that was slightly damaged in transit to the Customer Service Rep. Customer service was kind, prompt & more than happy to replace any of the defective parts and/or panels. It was amazing to see that this item also had a 5 year warranty. This is NOT normal. In any event, I would buy from this Company (South Shores) again; via Best Buy. It'll contrast very nicely among our guest room furniture. We're very pleased.

I wanted something that looks well built but not too expensive. Some of the South Shore reviews are thumbs up and some thumbs down. I took a chance and it turned out great. The shipping was fast. Nothing was damaged and put together quickly and easily following the given instructions. I liked it so much I ordered the additional headboard (Step One to go with my Flexible collection bed because I liked how that one looked) which also had the same success. If I didn't already have nice night stands I would have ordered some of those also.

This is a piece of junk!! First, it is very hard to put together, nothing is labeled and so many parts look so similar that you could be 3 hours into building it just to realize you're completely wrong. Second, this thing is HIGHLY unstable. The circle screw locks will fall out of place immediately. Just opening my drawers causes the drawer door to fall completely off because there is nothing keeping it attached besides those faulty screw locks and two random wood corks. Can I get some nails or something???! (I attached a picture so you can see how barely pulling on your drawer causes the front part to detach like nothing). Third, i had a broken part (a main part) but most people buying dressers need to use them ASAP and don't have the time to file a complaint, call the right person, wait for it to come in the mail, yada yada. I just taped it together and hoped for the best. Let me reiterate! Piece of junk! Don't plan on reselling it or the buyer will sue you once it collapses on their dog.

Looks great and drawers are spacious, but you have to be prepared to have patience putting it together (lots of screws, not easy to follow witch to use when)

Pretty easy to put together. Nice quality for the price. Would have given it 5 stars if it didn't have some scratches on the finish.

I recently had a baby and I made this purchase for her things. Overall awesome dresser very spacious and easy to assemble.

the dresser has a lot of room fit all my clothes in it and room for more stuff my 32 in. tv fits well on top of it

I received the dresser, one of the parts was broke, I call the manufacture & the ship right away the part, but is to shaky, the quality of the material are not that good

This is a great purchase for the price, but the time to put together and is not the greatest idea for anyone who isn't tech savvy

I have purchased several ready-to-assemble furniture items from Best Buy and love them all...this dresser being an exception. It was so difficult to put together, I needed to go to three different stores to find a specific type of screwdriver that fit the screws it uses, none of the bags containing parts were labeled, the part quantities did not match the quantities the manual said you should have, and ultimately it looks terrible after it is assembled. I will never purchase another product from South Shore again.

had problems with a gift card when placing order online. I called customer service and it took 2 hours with about 5 differentt transfers to resolve the issue. The most absolute Worst experience with customer service I have ever had!!!!!

Just wanted to clarify on the South Shores dresser purchase. It was NOT Best Buy Customer Service that I was referring to. It was South Shores Customer Service who was prompt, kind, courteous and who implied that any part that is damaged and/or defective, will be replaced by South Shores. You are not to take this item back to Best Buy; you are to contact South Shores to remedy any issues that you may have, now or in the future. We are still very pleased with this purchase. Thanks to Best Buy too, for offering merchandise from this Vendor. :-)
