This is a simple charger that does a great job. The charger is small, not much bigger than the battery itself, and very portable. I can carry it in my pocket, and swap batteries when my phone battery is low. The charger uses adaptive fast charging, so recharge is quick. I love having double my battery capacity with not much bulk or inconvenience.

I use this with an 'Insignia USB 3.0 Charge and Sync' cable. This provides charging times the same as with OEM charging cord in the phone. I have not tried it with the provided mini USB charging cord. I would assume this will slow things down, as it does with any other charger than the one provided by manufacturer. I am quite happy with this product. Very easy to keep 2 batteries charged. Only pain for myself is taking the phone out of the case, and changing battery when needed.

Battery for the last highly capable smartphone where you could actually remove the battery. This is for people who: 1) own a samsung galaxy s5 phone 2) hate cases but need to always have their phone on 3) can consistently remember to plug in the charger 4) Do NOT have the wireless charging pad (hi-speed charger variant only) 5) If you said yes to one or more you need to buy this, and recommend it to everyone who has the same phone.

It's really great to gave one or more spare batteries available when you need them. Being able to charge and rotate the batteries of my Samsung Galaxy S5 means that I can use tracking apps on long hikes or backpacks and geotag images that I capture without worrying about whether or not my smartphone has sufficient "juice" for the activity. Spare batteries are light, compact, and easy to carry.

The product itself is not bulky and it works just as intended. The battery lasts me the entire day. You can charge your spare in your car too, you need to use your USB charger that came with your phone though and and adapter if you need it. This kit only comes with the wall charger and not a car charger.

The spare battery charger is a quick and efficient way to always have a spare battery. The charger plugs in with the same quick charge plug that comes with the phone and is fully charged quickly. Great for travel or to just always be sure a fresh, fully charged battery is available.

this device is simple and easy to use. I always have it at my side table or in the car so that I always have a fully charged battery when I need it and I can take wherever I go because it is small and easily transportable.

Was pleased with the slick design...Stylish and feels sturdy in hand! Includes a clear battery carrying case. Love the comfort of not having to worry about ANY excessive use of my phone especially if it was not expected!

My charging point is broken in my phone. This is great substitute for a charging cable. Comes with extra battery. Great fix if you don't want to upgrade yet.

Both my wife and I have the Samsung S5. She uses it constantly and lately the original battery was not maintaining its charge as long as it was when it was brand new. And there were times she'd forget to plug in the charger and she would be left either without the phone or tied to a confined area while the unit recharged. I purchased the spare battery and pack as a 'just in case' situation. And we plan on vacationing soon and having a fully charge spare battery when needed was very desirable. So i broke down and purchased. I have used it twice, so as far as I am concerned it has paid for itself. Peace of mind well worth the $50.

This near compact battery charger is ages better than the off brands version. It charges very quick and its always nice to have a spare battery around.

A completen backup battery, charging cable and plug, and charging case for my Samsung Galaxy s5... what could be negative. This is a great product.

Easy to use.Broke the charger port on my phone.This was far less expensive to use versus repairing the phone and I got an extra battery.

It is so convenient! I can keep it charged and ready anytime I need it! No cords to pack around, just an immediate 100% charge. Brilliant.

Our children like to use our phones to watch Netflix, etc.. The charging component on the phone got broken(of course, nobody did it) and the phone was just over a Year old. I would not mind getting a new phone but we were only eligible for the 1 Year upgrade (which allows you to get a new phone for $35/month) on top of current plan. No thanks. This charger kit comes with a battery so we have 2. One charges while to other is in use. Granted, not ideal but definitely better than the alternative....

It was going to cost $225 to repair the charge port on my Galaxy S5, but this was a much better and cheaper option at $50. It is worth the price, plus it comes with a battery which can cost that much alone.

Gives you a extra battery for the times you need it. Great price and slim design makes it travel friendly.
