It was a little tight to get on phone, but once on it fits very snugly. No screen protector, but knew that before I purchased. Great price. The main reason I purchased this is because all I phones and many cases are very slick and slippery. This case has a "rubber"type shock absorbing case. It has ridges all over side edges and back. You get a very secure grip with this case. Exactly what I needed.

I like the grips on the back and sides..allows u to use it one handed. However, the bottom right corner looks like it is deteriorating. Not sure if it is from a drop or from normal usuage. I am right-handed, so it is in the corner that normally touches my palm. Time will tell.

This Persidio Grip case is super slim and very grabable. Dosen't slip from your hand, even if their wet.

I can say I had never dropped my phone once......until I bought my new iPhone 7. I am thankful I bought this case, my phone had no damage at all! This is a great case! Love the color, too!

I’ll go straight to the point: this case works. It’s made and designed to not only protect my device, but also to provide the unique grip other good cases don’t offer (good job, Speck!). The matte finish reminds me of that of Otterbox, but in a much sleeker design (it’s such a pleasure to hold). Quality, protection, and beauty, in just one package at an affordable price. My son got this for an iPhone 7 and he loves it. It's compact and doesn't add too much to the weight or size of the phone. However, it offers some protection for the back of the phone and, most importantly for him, has rubber grating that prevents it from easily sliding around. He doesn't like the natural backing of the phone because it will slide across his desk or any surface he puts it on and this prevents that as well as saving it from scratches or light dings.

Now that I the new iPhone is Water resistant I didn't need a case with all kinds of rubber plugs and dust covers, just good protection and minimum bulk. I tried a Tech 21 slip over cover that looked god fit will but was slicker than the phone itself. Dropped it more with the case than without. I have a black phone and didn't want a black case as its way to easy to lose in low light situations. Wanted somethign with color but not loud or obnoxious. This case fit the bill perfect. Main color white ( easy to see) with the grip color and interior layer a light gray ( nice contrast but not over bearing). The rubber on the inside protects against shock and provides a good seal around the phone. The rubber lines on the back provide a nice grip and the lip around the screen offers good protection when you set it down, they both do a good job of keeping the phone from sliding off of assorted surfaces such as car seats or the sofa. With the phone being slim to start with the case only adds minimal thickness so phone still fit/feels really good in the hand. The side buttons are still easy to access and identify in the dark and with one hand.Also the cut out in the bottom for the lightning connector is large enough to accommodate almost any size/brand of cable.Would easily recommend it to family and friends. Only think to take into consideration for your out use is color. The main plastic portion being white can and will transfer color if it takes a good enough hit on fresh asphalt or hard rock etc. Any white plastic, polymer,etc can do this so its not a hit on Speck or this case, just something to consider. Me I think this was money well spent.

Good light weight and grip. Not sure if this gives same protection as commuter or defender series but for good for above average protection.

Not waterproof, but this case fits the iPhone 7 perfectly snug. Great protection against all but the hardest impacts. I particularly like the ridges on the back that provide a tactile feel and grip. Another plus is that this case does not add a lot of bulk and weight. Awesome case!!

I absolutely love speck phone cases! They’re durable, slim, and I’m easily able to hold onto them! I originally had an otter box commuter case but always felt like it would slip out of my hand, so I returned it and got this one! I love the rubber grip feature and how it doesn’t add much weight to my phone. My only complaint is that it’s not as simple to take on and off as my iPhone 6s speck case, but other than that this case is a dream!

This case is working really well on my wife's phone. We were looking for something that wasn't too bulky but was going to provide at least a decent amount of protection. The ridges on the rear feel nice and actually do help with grip, and the overall case is very secure on the phone. There is no noticeable stretch or sag and all ports work perfectly with the case on. The small lip on the front will provide a bit of screen protection on drops as long as you don't hit the screen directly. Overall, this has been a great case.

This case looks great, fits perfectly and affords protection. Very easy to grip this case. Plus, it was not overly expensive.

I like a smooth, slim case that protects my phone when I drop it. This case is easy to put in and take out of a pocket or purse and my screen is intact after a few accidental meetings with the floor!

I recently upgraded to the iPhone 7 and needed a new case. I was looking for something that was strong, but not bulky, as I'm pretty careful with my phone as it is. This case met all my needs - easy to snap my phone into, doesn't add weight or bulk, and has clever ridges on the bottom to hold in place when I need to put it on counters, dashboard, etc. I'd definitely repurchase and recommend!

This case feels good - it's comfortable, doesn't slide and the buttons work well - very clicky. If I could, I would get one for my personal phone as well.

In the past I used Life Proof cases, did not feel that necessary with the Iphone-7 since it is water resistant. So I wanted a case that was smaller, but also something that made the phone easy to hold in hand and not easy to drop. This case does the trick, and in the couple of drops I have had has shown its mettle. The only thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is I am not wild about the opening for turning your ringer on and off. The way it is designed it is not easy to do with a swipe of your finger as you hold the phone - then again maybe that is a good thing.
