Protects really well and absorbs shock. I’ve dropped mine several times from a height of about 5 ft. with no damage. Plus the color makes it easy to find.

I bought this case after using another brand for a year and a half. The Speck case feels better for grip and fits well in my back pocket. It even looks pretty nice.

While I would have liked to have seen more color options in-store, I preferred to walk out with my new phone in a case rather than just the naked phone. I would have liked a little deeper edge on top, but the 8 is curved rather than having the square edge of the 5/6 series, so the curved case means that the protection does not sit up as high from the screen (and protector). I like that this case has a quick little "silence" button for the ring. although It is perhaps a little big and it also looks like the screw on a wristwatch (a what?). The protective plug for the lightning is OK - if you don't like it, there is no problem cutting it off. So, really, other than the drab gray color and the front protection depth (which, again, is due to the iphone's design, not bad case design), I really think this is a nice case

Got this case for a teenager’s phone and it’s very durable and feels comfortable to hold. Like it better than the bulkier cases because it’s thinner and easier to fit it into pockets. Hard to find thin yet sturdy case, this is it

I bought this for my daughter's new iPhone 8. It has a little dial that you use to control the volume. She likes this feature but for someone who carries a phone in their pants pocket, beware the dial is going to catch as you pull the phone out.

This case covers all of the bases for a good sport case.
