Nice color , material and it protects perfectly ! Easy to put on , fits snug

I wanted something that would protect the workbook computer and also let the Apple logo show through. I appreciated the many colors I had to choose from.

Well, it's doing what it turns out it's supposed to do, which is really just protecting the macbook from getting scuffed up. I had the misconception that it would somehow be rubbery or cushiony, so as to protect the laptop if it were dropped.. Not so. Otherwise, my misconception not withstanding, it fit snugly, is a cool color - thus adding some personality to the device - and is indeed protecting the exterior from scuffs.

Love the color, very pretty and fits well. Finger prints do show since it has a Matte finish.

The case is a lifesaver for your laptop especially if you carry your computer in a backpack as I do. It protects your computer from scratches, it's a good snug fit, and it just snaps right on! I love the brilliant color as well. The only thing I don't like is that it makes your computer about a pound and a half heavier, but that's to be expected with any case. All in all I LOVE IT!

Love it fits nice snug on my Mac the color is beautiful and feels nice and protected

The case easily pops on and has a very tight fit. My first time installing it I popped it on wrong so that when the laptop was shut it wouldnt close flush. Knowing that it should close and not have a tiny gap, i pryed the piece back off and swapped it around and it fit absolutely perfect. You can still see the Apple logo lit up through the case which looks sweet.

Works nicely, protects my computer. Very happy. I would recommend for a friend!

I like the smartshell because it protects my new MacBook. The color choices are so cool. If more than one family member has the same laptop, it personalizes it so you won't mix them up. Now I just need a padded sleeve for when I travel.

This is my 2nd Speck product for a MacBook. When I purchased a new MacBook, I was so satisfied with my first case that I had to purchase it for my 2nd one. It keeps my computer well protected and looks great.

Easy to put on or take off. Simple design, but not sure it offers much protection. Too Expensive.

This case keeps my laptop from getting scratches from almost everything. Mac Books are sleek, but the outer shell scratches easily. This case was the perfect fit and choice for my laptop.

The cover is very effective. It covers the product and protects it well. My only concern is that it could be slippery.

I haven't had the chance to install this protective cover for the 13" Macbook Pro with retina display yet, but will do so within a week. The Speck protective cover seems like it will serve the purpose of minimizing dents/dings/damage to the laptop that could be inflicted by everyday use. I'll have to update this review after installing the cover and determining just how effective it is at helping to prevent damage to the laptop.
