This computer is very zippy. Great startup, handles programs with ease. Awesome specs. I ended up returning this to get an ASUS. The reason was because of the trackpad. I did not like the fact that I had to push on the bottom corner to right-click. Might have been a faulty trackpad.

Love the features we know how to use, but need a learning curve to understand terminology and options.

The product is excellent for frequent traveler because of the weight and size of the unit. The performance is exceptional for simultaneous running applications. The life of the battery is good enough to lasts very long for a completely charged one. The graphics is great too as well as the total handling experience. It is not for gaming if you plan to purchase it for gaming purpose.

So far so good minus a slight problem linking email account but will update if anything changes.

It's been my daily driver since I bought it from bestbuy in thanksgiving and have no issue with it so far. I would highly recommend it for everyone.

Did a fair amount of research before buying this computer. It was a little more than I was looking to spend, but well worth it. Sleek and fast.

It's a really good laptop. Fast and light with great battery life

The laptop is fast, and does everything that I wanted it to. The only complaint is that the fan is actually quite loud. I will adapt as this is due to the speed of the laptop and the fact that the laptop is very thin so no real insulation from the sound. Must keep the CPU cool. Just make sure that the laptop has good airflow and should be no problem.

Its a slim, light weight and fast. Have had no issues with it so far and it works flawlessly. Face recognition is a nice added feature.

I was looking for a computer which is power-full and slick. Pros: Light Weight Perfect Size to Carry Powerful and fast Cons: Battery only lasts 3.5 hours with intensive use, 5 hours with medium usage, 6 hours if you are just surfing and not watching videos. Overall, I am fully satisfied with the this laptop. Well worth the price.

Its good but sometimes get stuck because the processor is not the fasters

It's perfect and my first Spectre. Light, fast, stable, good battery power and it has much space for files and apps. I use to travel a lot and this HP 13.3" is awesome. Sometimes I don't even note it is in my backpack. It's also safe because besides Windows Hello it has a fingerprint reader. I love the Spectre line.

Great Product, very fast, good on the eyes, and for me, it is great for my needs. The only thing I wish was better is the batter life after a charge. I was told 12 to 14 hours, but it is more like 4 to 6 hours.

I bought this laptop for work and it is handling itself very nicely. The processing rate is truely marvelous. Its quick, light and looks good. My clients look at it like it was an exotic car. Very pleased with it.

Bought this around black friday and for $999 it was a steal considering all of the specs that are still considered top of the line nearly 2 years later....i7 8th Gen 16gb DDR3 and Thunderbolt 3/USB C 3.1 Ports as well as one Type A USB 3.1 with charging while asleep, and a combo 3.5mm mic in/Line Out jack, a micro SD slot and a fingerprint reader. Going to add the J5 docking station and hook it up to my 2 HDMI monitors and use a regular desktop keyboard and mouse and hook up all of my other USB devices to the J5 and will update my review if I run into any problems, but I doubt i will. Never had any of the heat or fan issues others have mentioned between 3 and 2 years ago... Perhaps doing the BIOS and auto-updates for windows and the HP drivers via the HP Support Assistant took care of that problem before i was ever able to notice it like one other reviewer mentioned...

I have been using different laptops including HP, Dell, Lenovo and Apple, but this model is the best for my work so far. I like it not only the weight is light for travel, but also the speed is super fast. I love the computer and wish there is a little bit big model such as 14”.
