I was very excited about this laptop and when I received this and started using it, faced lots of issues and now the complete display is gone to gray and no access to do anything. As a student, a laptop is a backbone and now because of all these issues, I am facing a lot of problems. This was neither expected from HP or Best buy to sell me this kind of product.

Just stopped turning on after 2 years, buy something else

The laptop is very slow, Is there a option to upgrade this laptop?

The touch screen of the HP spectre 360 was flickering, and this was a frequent issue. This earlier made me believe that the flickering is due to the dust and moisture on the screen. Finally, after 15 days of purchase the flickering issue surfaced and I had to take help of Hp service center.

Crashed and burned first time I had to upgrade not good

I bought what i thought was a nice computer, however; it is quite the contrary. The computer completely died, if it lose the charge all the way, IT WILL NOT CHARGE AGAIN, nor WILL IT COME BACK ON!!, who knew. I have wasted 1100 and some change and i cant get my money back.

This is a good laptop for it's price with the only problem being that it gets hot occasionally. Otherwise, it runs quite smoothly and has good speed.

Good Laptop, Runs great except the fact it overheats at times when multiple tasks are running.

The laptop is really fast, quite an upgrade from my Surface Pro 3. Pros: - Looks, quality and feel - Specs. - Size and weight. - Battery life. It lasts for like 8hs Cons: - Synaptics trackpad. I changed the drivers for windows precision and it's a huge improvement - HP Pen. I'm using a Surface Pro 4 Pen, which is compatyible and it's a lot better. - Screen aspect ratio. I got used to the 3:2 aspect of my SP3, which is a lot better for productivity. The 1920x1080 resolution is ok, but you will notice it if you're coming from a higer resolution device. Other than that, this laptop is a beast.

This laptop is very powerful, fast, light. Beautiful. The dual core i7 has no problem running a video, opening a spreadsheet and surfing the web. The quad core i7 is only slightly faster in some cases. I recommend staying with the dual core. I upgraded to Win 10 Pro which gives it the ability to connect to a corporate network. I also have enabled virtualization. The screen is sharp and clear. I ran a 4k test video and it ran with no problems. The pen writes perfectly. This is a great laptop for home use, school or to use as a small business professional laptop. There is no need to spend more money. This comes at a great price.

Screen is great as are the keypads, i7 processor & overall size& weight. Everyone that sees the machine is impressed.

Laptop was seamless, great for photo editing. Smartpen is better than Apple Pencil. Highly recommend for art major

Like the display and the sound...its cool. Easy to adapt keyboard. its been a month so far and I am loving it . Good to see the positive reviews, Surely, its favorite for many!!! Thinnest and the Best for daily use. Thank you hp :)

After 3 weeks the fan was making a huge noise and the body of the laptop was burning hot. After reading other review(now that I returned it) there are other complains on the web. Geek squad , replaced it AND SET UP THE NEW COMPUTER, WITH THE WRONG MODEL!!! I should've know to check them, they pulled the wrong laptop from stock, beyond frustrating,

I did a lot of research on this laptop. When I got it of course it was working fine. After about two days of having it the camera that can be used to sign in stopped working. So I took it back to get an exchange for the same one and today the same exact thing happen. I noticed that after doing an update this when all this happened. I am very disappointed although it's not that big of a deal for some people but I would rather get my monies worth and after the second time I am most definitely going to consider another brand.

Realizing that this laptop had no hdmi port, like many very slim new laptiops. I attempted to return it. I stupidly let the kid talk me in to a Microsoft wireless display adaptor, instead of returning it, spending more money on their high profit margin accessories instead of getting a different computer...the display adaptor worked for two days and then stopped connecting to it for no apparent reason. I purchased a usb-c to hdmi adaptor, which does not support audio with a late 2016 laptop...(more wasted time/money) Its been 17 or so days now and I'm stuck with this silly laptop. Basically, it's a pretty looking laptop, still somehow wayyyy overpriced laptop for rich ladies to color match to a purse, but best buy employees don't care what you buy/ if it's right for you as long as you spend money, which is a great reason to buy elsewhere altogether.

Purchased this laptop 2.5 years ago. Just inquired about increasing the memory. Was informed that the memory is soldered to the motherboard and can not be upgraded. i would not have purchased the laptop if I had known this. Would not recommend this product unless this has changed.
