I wanted something to carry my iPhone11 on runs without having this huge thing on my arm. The pocket stretches more than enough to fit my phone with a case and could fit a credit card and key in there, too. Both pockets are the same size.
The belt is comfortable - I choose to wear it with my phone against the small of my back and do not feel it bounce at all. I actually forget I'm wearing the whole thing. For people looking for protection against rain, this isn't it. My sweat leaves it damp, but I'm not worried about that since the new iPhones are water resistant themselves.

Excellent for biking or jogging! The two bags are each big enough for a 6-7 inch phone or a wallet and keeps everything in place. Looks like a fanny pack but I'm not complaining because it's so convenient. Very lightweight too, can't really feel it around your waist.

A functional tool to hold valuables while ur on the go. Note that the belt itself is NOT that long so for some, it may be a bit snug. TIP: if this is something you really like, you can clip two together to make it bigger unless the manufacturer decides to make the strap longer.
In regards to storage, I can comfortably hold my phone, keys, cigarettes, lighters, ID & credit cards, and a snack! Alternatively, you could probably fit a can of soda, Red Bull, or mini water bottles in each of the two extremely stretchy pouches. Overall awesome minimalistic idea! Wish I would’ve thought of it.

I was a little skeptical about this purchase. I was not sure if it would hold my phone keys AirPod. It definitely was able to hold all that and it is light weight it doesn’t cut into my stomach while jogging. This was a great purchase and it has made my morning jog even better.

So comfortable! In the past belts like this have been too small for me---but this one would extend even larger than I need. My waist is 39 inches and it would go considerably bigger. Yes, I recommend this belt very much! I can even use my car key fob through the fabric and not have to take it in or out to unlock the door.

I’m a larger waisted lady size 18 but I love to walk. This is convenient I put my phone in one pocket. Keys, mask, and cards in another. If I had any suggestions maybe the pockets have different slots. Other than that it’s very comfortable.

I've always used some form of a phone case for running (arm band typically) .. this was my first waist band and it's convenient doesn't move around a lot and what I like is every time I get a phone I don't need to worry if it will fit like the armband ones. Reasonably priced lightweight won't shift..

If you do not want a fanny pack to carry your phone and if you are like me a key fob instead of a single key. This belt is great so far. I have yet to actually run with it on, but I have put it on and I have jumped around. It stays snug and there is more than enough room to put what you need in there. Just pull your shirt over it and you should be fine! Definitely like this product, a bit pricey but its nice.
