My old Windows XP point of sale system died and so it was time to switch. I have been wanting to go Square and it has been fantastic for the most part. I would like more set up videos and they really need to add "Cost of Goods" to their inventory system. The stand it self looks awesome and my customers enjoy it.

Didn't know initially if this would be compatible with the Air2,but it is.Easy to install and high quality.We love the modern clean lines and look.It takes just a minute for us to unscrew the safety jack and to press the back button to gently pop the iPad out when we need to use it for other aspects of running our business(taking pictures of inventory..etc).We secure it back in the stand just as easily,and the iPad gets locked back in place through the 3.5mm jack lock.When not used as our credit card machine,it swivels around and becomes our customer catalog for our customers to flip through.We eventually are going to have our employees clock in on it too.It's so much more to us than just a credit card processor.The only complaint I have (and this goes for all apple Lightning cords)is that the outer power cord casing cracked open(didn't hurt the wires though)This was a bit disappointing as it happened before we even plugged it in for the first time!We fixed it with electrical tape though,and all is good.Our iPad Air2 is always fully charged,which is nice when we need to use it for other things.Eventually we're going to get another IPad to just stay in the stand,but for now this works.We're very happy with it.Definately an asset to our business,and a great investment for us.

It's easy, simple and a pleasure to use. My customers is able to swipe n go. And it's very decorative. Prkmise you'll love it.

Not only is this item a great register for your business, it can also be a good iPad stand for a Photo Booth Social Kiosk. We use ours on a table where our props are located so that people that use our Photo Booth can send their images to Facebook or Email after their session. It keeps the iPad Secure and it looks great!

I purchased two of these stands for a non profit company that held a festival. The stands held up very well to the amount of people in a short amount of time. I ask myself why we haven't bought these sooner. The cost of the Square is competitive and the app for the iPads is very user friendly and the reporting is great!

I had seen this product advertised for a while but waited until I knew it had been out a couple years in order to get any "new product kinks" out. I haven't had it long but so far it works exactly as advertised. It's a simple straightforward design that is perfect for small businesses and is easy to set up.

The Square Stand design is very simple, clean, easy to use with the flexible positions for both customer and staff. The plug that fits into the bottom of the unit is very had to remove and not sure if it would withstand multiple disconnections. Also, if securing the iPAD in the stand, you can't turn the iPAD off.

The Apple iPad Air Square Stand is the best solution (IMO) to a checkout system for small - medium sized businesses. You get complete control of your register, and the speed of the iPad hardware/software is unbeatable. Using squares website you are able to upload new products with images and prices, along with Taxes, and you can even manage your inventory with square. The percentage is on the high end for CC services, BUT you are not just paying for a terminal. You are paying for a COMPLETE Point of sale system. Inventory Management, a true register, sales analytics, virtual receipts, sales management and so much more. This is the best solution for accepting Credit Cards!

The square stand works great. Being able to plug everything into the stand make it a lot smother transaction. Plus the square stand make me look more professional.

Made life so easy by being able to use our iPad. The stand swivels and cards slide through perfectly.

The only thing I wish is it could work with a Microsoft Surface. But does a great job and well worth the money

Been wanting to purchase this for a while and finally had the opportunity. It works just like I imagined. If there's a negative to speak of it's the design of the product. The power cord is difficult to disengage from the bottom of the Square Stand once inserted and you can't access volume controls or power button on your iPad. Smart move with the eject button on the underside to remove the iPad but that could have been engineered better.

Simple, elegant, well designed product providing a painless platform for processing credit card transactions. We bought this the day before operating a booth at an outdoor book festival. With 0 training and 0 frustrations we were up and running in MINUTES AND used the hell out of it for 2 straight days, with 0 errors.

I love the concept, it works well. Square is a great Point Of Sales system. The upgrade to the stand makes all the difference. This is just like a full functioning register now. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is this: there is no access to the power/lock button on the iPad. They should have put a hole or button built into the stand to turn the iPad on and off or lock it.

I had to also buy the iPad air. Love apple. I use the square daily for my pet grooming business. The square is very easy to use and has been a great asset to my business. I would recommend every small business to purchase this item.

This Square reader gas become my best friend. We own a restaurant and used to use thenone that you plug inyonyour android, which rarely worked. This stand never fails and im able to keep my customer line moving faster than ever.

The square stand is a great invention for accepting credit cards and great portability too. It makes life a little easier doing business. All your inventory is at the tip of your fingers. Tap tap and ring up the total, Voila!

this stand makes checking out fast, easy and convenient. I hooked up my printer, barcode scanner and cash drawer. Love it! How did I go so long without it?

The Square stand and an Ipad Air makes it easy to accept credit cards for sales for any small business. It is much easier using an Ipad Air with its larger screen than an Iphone with the Square D.

We bought just to let visitors interact with iPad and don't even use the card swipe. Excellent stand with swivel and power. Outstanding value!
