Bought this as a gift for my son who recently started teaching in a school for students who've been labeled difficult and compromised. It's a challenging environment and I hope this film (a true story) will inspire him. Great cast with solid performances.

Movie is a classic. For those cats who enjoy Math , Calculus is always tough so any teacher willing to take the extra time to teach it, is worthy of praise!

Such a good movie but I’m disappointed that in 2022 it’s still only available in full frame DVD format. I finally caved and bought it since it’s reasonably priced but I would gladly buy it again if and when it ever comes out on Blu-ray in its proper aspect ratio.
