They removed a 46 inch projection TV that weighed 170lbs in minutes. Very professional and on time!!

Failed to pickup old television, yet completed status that you did....all lies! Failed to reschedule pickup when I'm available.....get this thing out of my house! Failed to send confirmation of agreed date & time of pickup. Failed to apologize for their mistake. Failed to compensate for their error. Three hours on hold and the Best Buy agent could do nothing. You guys are useless.

Our plasma screen 51" TV had a power problem, and it was 10 years old, so we went to replace it. Got great help from the sales folks, and ended up with the LG OLED 55". About the same length and height as the 51" plasma with a bigger, brighter screen. The smart functions like Netflix work better than using a laptop which was a pleasant surprise, and a huge plus. The variety of stuff you can do makes it a little complex, but you don't have to do that. The picture is really nice, even old black and white TV shows look better that I ever remember them. Remarkably easy to set up, maybe look up a youtube video on it before you open the box. I was fine with just having it dropped off. I needed two guys to carry out the old plasma TV, but this is light enough to pick up easily. I did have my wife help just to keep the balance without touching the screen when putting it in place. Super Bowl looked great, and the 4k is really sharp. Great TV!

Haul away team came on time. The team of two were removing an old double oven. All the team had was a typical hand truck, and there were two small guys. The oven was removed, but my cabinet was dinged in the process. Be sure to pad any nearby floor, cabinets, or countertops from damage. You may want to schedule appliance delivery separately from haul away or installation. It makes it easier to adjust the schedule for each part independently to ensure you have a working kitchen during the whole process. I needed to modify the cabinet and electrical before the replacement could be installed. If I had scheduled them separately I would have been able to do that myself through the website. But because they were initially all on the same order I needed to go through customer service.

The only problem I had with haul away is that it wasn't explained any where on the Best Buy web site, or in any of the paper work I had that the Haul Away service would be a completely separate visit and crew than the delivery. I had expected that the crew that came out to install and set up the new treadmill would take the old one with them, but they didn't even know that Best Buy offered a haul away service. Fortunately, they were able to call someone to clear things up, and their manager was able to schedule a removal crew to come get the old treadmill within a couple of days. Then they called me to make sure everything went as expected. Just be aware that if you buy this service, it's a separate crew that comes to haul away your old gear, not the Geek Squad installers.

Adding this Holloway removal service was absolutely excellent we decided to keep the old refrigerator and they moved it into the garage for us where we asked them to they said it up for us made sure everything worked correctly and it was affordable and I think it is definitely something that everybody should use if they’re going to remove a big appliance such as a refrigerator dishwasher laundry anything like that especially TVs if you’re not gonna use them as well as any other big appliance this is definitely worth the price and as wonderful as always the geek squad and then remove acrylic or excellent, professional and courteous

I had a 57" rear projection TV weighing 190lbs. It was a monster size TV in a basement. Now normally everyone just says you should list it online for free and someone can pick it up from your home. But I don't want some stranger to come inside my home and be a liability if god forbid they drop the TV on them while getting it up the stairs. Or worry about damaging the my house. With this service they came and took the TV away without a scratch on the wall and it was done literally in 5 minutes. Done and gone! Can't beat that!! Highly recommend for these larger TVs.

Haul Away is a valuable, convenient, economical service included in the Total Tech Support plan. I had an old, heavy, 32-inch TV (boxy, not flat screen) and 12,000 btu air conditioner hauled away. The men helped pulled the air conditioner from the window but, due to liability issues, they were not allowed to help with removal of the 2 screws securing the window keeping the air conditioner in place. Service was well coordinated and executed.

It was a relief to have professionally haul away recycle service remove appliances from my home. I regreted that I didnot requested haul away service at the time I bought the new appliances. It cost me more to hire them after the the new appliances were installed in my home. I think cashiers should ask the customer if they are going to need a haul away service at the time of new purchases.

Best buy customer service is horrible but delivery men who did the hauling away were great, professional and very knowledgeable and very helpful.. customer service and scheduling online is a joke. They constantly cancel and reschedule your dates, we had to make a reservation several times, in 5 different trips to complete the job. Good luck to you all, only 4 stars because the delivery men are awesome

We had a old fashioned tv that was very heavy! We decided that because we were close to retirement, it was better to have some young people with more muscles carry out and dispose of our old, heavy tv. We sure did not want to take a chance hurting our back getting the old tv loaded into the pick up truck and then we would have had to still bring the tv to the landfill and pay to get rid of it.

Great service. With my trash company unable to pick up electronics, this service was a life saver. The price was extremely low as compared to others. The haulers were professional and quick. Had to contact best buy customer service to get the service rescheduled and the representative was very polite and professional.

The associate I spoke to was extremely helpful with me adding on this extra service at the very last minute. They were even able to move our refrigerator to another location in our home while they were already there, so we did not have to wait for the following weekend! It was a very smooth transaction!

We wanted to buy a flat screen TV, but had an old elephant of a projection TV in the living room and no way to get rid of it. Best Buy sent two friendly, helpful young men to take it away. I was really impressed with the many text messages informing me and reminding me of the appointment. Thank you, Best Buy!

Very old heavy tube tv scheduled to be moved several times because store did not send enough help for move. On reschedule date again only two men showed up but they went far beyond the call of duty and did the work of six men. They refused to quit when all others would

I needed to get rid of an old (heavy) tube TV. No one takes these anymore so they are hard to get rid of. Not only that but the TV was large (32"), very heavy, and in the basement. Best Buy was a convenient and easy way to get rid of the TV. They came on time and removed the TV. Very quick and convenient.

Geek squad stepped up crews were great prompt efficient, . We were dealing with the manufacturer of our old refrigerator, because of Corona virus. Geek squad claims returned calls promptly, handled the swap out . They turned a bad situation with the manufacturer into a positive expierence

Two young strong gentlemen proceeded without seemingly much effort to lug out my old, HUGE, television to make room for the new flat screened HD TV we bought. The fellows came and went within 5 minutes and were very gracious, cautious and friendly. GOOD EXPERIENCE AND SMOOOOOTH OPERATION.

Had to reschedule the haul away off my dryer because of the Quarantine. Scheduling was easy and they were able to schedule me within 2 days. I asked for a 7am-1pm pickup. They contacted me prior to pickup and arrived at my house at 7:20am. Very efficient and friendly team.

Service was very fast and the crew was great. They were in and out in only a few minutes.
