Frustrated
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had to cancel the in-house installation due to the COVID-19 outbreak. I scheduled just the water supply connection twice and both times they refused to disconnect the water line from the existing refrigerator even though I had the water shutoff both times. If you don’t have a shutoff “at the fridge” they will not make the connection. I ended up making the connection myself.

Did not inish the job

Horrible professionalism

A leak occurred because the installer crimped the O ring. Major water damage. It’s been 6 months and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Considering legal action.

Poor service with lots of limitation

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The installation service guy try his best NOT to install the water supply, citing ridiculous reason like the water value is not brought from Best Buy. Who would have their home water value brought from Best buy? The guy basically just move the refrigerator in place, plug in the power and left. He didn't even bother to remove the blue tapes inside. He is also not very friendly also.

Refrigerator not installed properly

Person said floor was not level and I would have to go to Home Depot to get materials. He found a board in house and stuck it under the fridge. Helped some but now sitting on the water line for ice maker. Didn't seem to have any tools or materials to correct problem. He complained a lot about Best Buy.
