The geek squad hooked it up and picture is better than any other tv I've bought

I will never ever ever do business with best buy again i went to Jacksonville bought a car Stereo 2 hours to make a appointment at a different Jacksonville location 1 month later i het there 1 month later they have no record of the appointment made then gave me a hard time giving my money back i highly say stay away from bedt buy!!!

After my installation a couple of days later my back speakers stop playing.i have made a call to address this matter and I still have not heard anything back

I went back I needed help with the stereo and I couldn't not kidding me

Installed replacement radio/cd player in dash of vehicle. Was done on schedule and on time, with a demonstration afterwards. Excellent.

The installers at the Best Buy in Roseville are top notch. We’ve used their services three times now and it’s always do a great job and thoroughly explain what was done.

I am a builder who buy from Best Buy on all my homes. On my latest purchased about $20,000 worth of appliances. One of my items café fridge has been canceled four times not one phone call or anything for or respect for my time as I waited on Job for over eight hours to find out they just cancel again. Each and every time I called always the same excuse excuses that they forgot to drop the fridge at the pick up point and said they needed to reschedule at this point I have given up on them and bought fridge from Barrons who delivered the fridge within two days. I will be calling Best Buy to receive a credit for all my time almost to 40 hours.
