The agent installed my speakers with great care...

My tech was kind and understanding. He was sure to break the news that I needed more parts smoothly, and maintained a cool head when I was noticeable upset. Now, the speakers work fabulously, and it took very little time.

Had a head unit, steering wheel controls and four speakers installed. Would have been mega expensive but they have promotions running most of the time if you ask. After rebates all of the install was a total of like $65 which was a steal. They did great. All accessories and steering wheel controls are super over priced. Have them price match Amazon or order it yourself if they will not and they will install (steering wheel controls and if you need a head unit wire harness). This is same pricing model as old radio shack stuff, main components are ok or great price, accessories are highway robbery. Installers at Huntsville, Alabama store were top notch professionals in every way!

Quick and easy, Jose was professional and courteous. He performed the installation in a very reasonable amount of time and was respectful of my vehicle.. He explained everything well and demonstrated the process and works.

The service was great! No cables showing, worked amazing, cheap, & he finished in about a little over an hour.

Had 2 front door speakers installed and job was done very quickly and extremely professional job. Was notified that old speakers were no good due to rusted terminals during a radio install (I knew they weren't working but didn't know why). I picked out new speakers and they had them installed I no time at all. Very happy customer.

Both Speakers installed in less time then it took to watch the YouTube video on how to take off my door panel, hassle free , sounds great, reasonable prices and i cant tell the panels were ever removed.

I needed to replace all speakers in my F150 truck. I looked around and found great deal on speakers and bass module. I purchased the total tech support package for this and for support on my computers and tv's and other items I purchased. I set up an appointment, dropped off vehicle at 10AM and was done before 4PM. No problems so far, sounds great. The only question I had was the Bass module was supposed to activate when stereo is turned on, but is on all the time. Was told to had to be connected to lighter for power, so when vehicle is turned on, bass module comes on.

I truly don't know what I'd do without geek squad. I call them often as my computer is old. They have always told me to call anytime I have an issue or question and to be sure to call at least once each month and request a tuneup for efficiency.

The technicians at this store are very friendly, professional, and helpful. They are also very knowledgable.

VERY Knowledgeable staff. I was NOT aware they also did free consultations (requires an appointment), until I went online to book my install appt., but if you want to be prepared for your install I recommend it, especially if special requests or just need a ballpark figure or need questions answered about components to purchase. I had a jumbled messy non-functioning install by the previous owner and was glad I consulted 1st and I think the tech was too. Best BUY occasionally has a FREE install when you make a purchase. BOTH SERVICES ARE A WONDERFUL BENEFIT and I hope they always remain.
