Johnie is the greatest automotive tech I have ever seen he does quality work with dedication to going the extra mile He leaves no stone unturned You can rest assured that the job will be done with perfection if Johnie is your tech He advises you on the correct size speakers and amps so you have the perfect set up he is wonderful !!!

I’ve had an amp and sub put in 5 vehicles over the years at Best Buy and every time they do a great job. The installs are neat, with all wires hidden well and I’ve never had any issues with functionality. Also the price they charge for installs is among the lowest anywhere. I will never let anyone else touch my vehicles, except Best Buy. I also love the lifetime warranty on their work.

I had two employees in the Geek Squad assist me in trying connect the Lenovo clock that I bought at the Best Buy in Jacksonville, NC store. When I could not do it at home for over two day. I bought it into the store for their assistance. The spent over two hours trying to make it work with no progress. They gave me a new one. That did not work either. I tried at home again. Once again that failed. I bought the item back and exchanged it for an echo. Took it home and it work perfectly. These empolyees need a raise or to be nominated for employee ofthe year.

Eddie, the technician who helped me install my car stereo system was extremely helpful in designing and recommending how I should install my car stereo system. His experience proved invaluable and helped me save time and money on focusing on what I wanted in my car system and not purchase equipment I didn't need. His installed all cables and wires in a very neat and presentable fashion. You can tell he took the time and effort to make the job look professional. I will most definitely come back to have him install my next car system when my current lease is up.

They gave me great customer service, fast service and great timing in finishing the job and the employee Brian was very friendly n informative in sharing the work that was performed, not 5 stars but rather, 10 stars! Great job n experience

I truly don't know what I'd do without geek squad. I call them often as my computer is old. They have always told me to call anytime I have an issue or question and to be sure to call at least once each month and request a tuneup for efficiency.

Both Speakers installed in less time then it took to watch the YouTube video on how to take off my door panel, hassle free , sounds great, reasonable prices and i cant tell the panels were ever removed.

After the initial appointment was canceled due to tech not coming in, the 2nd appointment went well. The install is great and the sound is wonderful. I did get a call a week later that she left some tools in my car and if I could return so she could get them. I did return and she did get them.

The tech installed, on a timely manner and ensure care while doing so.

The TotalTech membership is definitely worth it. Cung has now installed a car alarm, speaker upgrade, amplifier and subwoofer in my SUV. Trust him. Never oversells. Neat installation. Next is the radio upgrade and amplifier upgrade on my daily driver.

In trying to refurbish a used ‘03 Mustang GT, I’m really happy with Geek Squad service. The car’s original Mach460 sound system had been corrupted by after market installation of new speakers and a single-din Sony receiver. When the car came to me, none of the four door speakers worked and the remaining sound was horrible. Given that the Mach system cross-wired 8-ohm woofers, I pulled a whole set of OEM speakers from a salvage yard. Geek Squad used those to restore full 8-speaker sound, enhanced by a new Pioneer double-din wireless CarPlay receiver. Happy that Geek Squad listened to my needs and delivered what I wanted!

Purchased a pair of rear speakers for my Silverado. I was then unable to schedule the installation for three weeks because they were busy. When they attempted to install the speakers, they didn't work any better than the old speakers. Perhaps a problem with the amplifier or some loose wiring somewhere that they couldn't find. Normally would have been able to return the speakers, but they have a 15 day return policy. So even though I took the first available installation date after purchase, I was not able to return the speakers and now have spent $150 total for speakers installation and wiring harnesses that I can't return.

The car electronics install crew at EP BestBuy are good, they do nice work. I had heard they’re good so I was expecting that and they did nice work on my new vehicle, sounds great, not surprised.

Had a head unit, steering wheel controls and four speakers installed. Would have been mega expensive but they have promotions running most of the time if you ask. After rebates all of the install was a total of like $65 which was a steal. They did great. All accessories and steering wheel controls are super over priced. Have them price match Amazon or order it yourself if they will not and they will install (steering wheel controls and if you need a head unit wire harness). This is same pricing model as old radio shack stuff, main components are ok or great price, accessories are highway robbery. Installers at Huntsville, Alabama store were top notch professionals in every way!

I was planning to install the speakers in my 2004 Toyota Tundra myself to save money. I was shocked (in a good way) to find out that my tech membership at Best Buy included FREE installation of all four speakers! The Geek squad did a great job!

Working with Best Buy's Geek Squad was a pleasure! They were super communicative and helpful, the whole process was a breeze! I love my new speakers! The installation went great. I would 100% work with them again!
