Had previous issues with a transition from an old Bose system that wouldn't pair with a new head unit. They were able to track down the problem without the need for a complete rewire and installed two new speakers in the front and everything work as good as new. Cost was significantly less that I was prepared to pay to fix the problem. Thank you from both me and my son.

After having my door speakers installed, a couple of weeks later I realized the panel that the door lock/window control was not secured. The installer had not put it back nor did he check to make sure my car was in the same condition when he returned my car as I had given to him. So as a precaution, please have technicians check these little things before returning a customer's car to them.

I would say on most of my electronics (or any other items worth anything) I always usually add the Geek Squad protection plan. Its worth the money to add just in case anything were to happen. I've only had to use the plan benefits a hand full of times but it paid for itself in those cases.

technician observed that one of my factory speakers was blown. recommended a direct replacement from best buy. as always, the install was done well and i'm very please with the sound. i also like how they will install speakers, even if you purchase them somewhere else.

The guys who did my installation were extremely helpful in explaining what the speakers might sound like once installed, as well as describing different alternatives I could take in order to get the sound quality I wanted and was used to. The installation was quick and painless, and I would absolutely use them again for auto installations.

Once again the geek squad car audio installation team did an AMAZING job on my car. I decided to get these Kenwood speakers put in and personally requested Alicia because she is so talented. I knew I would be satisfied with her work per usual! I will definitely be back in the future.

After the installation, my speakers sound so good and load. I should have ordered sound deadening to install behind the speakers at all four doors, to minimize the vibrations, but it is on my to-do list. I am very happy with the installation.

I bought my car in on the 1st of July and they still have my car but they're spending the time to do it right they had no idea what they were getting into I had no idea what they were getting into but hopefully they can get it done right they seem like they're doing an excellent job but I just wonder how much is going to cost

I got two door speakers and a stereo installed in two different cars. Both work flawlessly. The guy that installs is a super nice guy who explains everything thoroughly and makes sure you understand how everything works before driving away. I highly recommend getting installations through him!

The people who worked on the installation went above and beyond the call of duty in trying to hook up the speakers to my new radio. Unfortunately my car's wiring system proved difficult to get both speakers to work like they should. The geek squad was very helpful in guiding me to the right place to get the wiring problem resolved.

I brought my owner stereo components in to be installed by your Techs. I forgot the gentleman’s name who did the work but he was very knowledgeable and quick with the install. He also successfully talked me into this membership thing. I agreed to it solely because he deserved the credit. He is a tall and skinny, younger fella who worked on my 1990 Miata.

Excellent service with very knowledgeable installers. Sebastian and John are the best. This is my 3rd time back. My only complaint is that they are so busy and very few stores are doing the installations that the appointments are months down the line.

My speakers were installed in a timely manner and they sound good.

I recently stopped by Best buy to look at having my auto speakers replaced. I found speakers I was interested in 6x8 Pioneer. I needed 2 sets but only one was available in stock. The Geek Squad Tech recommended Kickers 6x9 2 way and said they would fit fine,sound great. Came back for my appt. He had it done in half the time he thought and they do sound great!

Stephan really knows his stuff. Everything was professionally installed and he was available after the install for questions and a quick fix of the rear view camera he had installed in a previous work order. I'll definately want him to do any future work....hmmmm I think we need a sub to round things out....

The gentleman had great customer service skills, easy to talk to and knew everything that I asked him. He was amazing to work with.
