Classic Star Trek The Next Generation episodes. Great stories!

Huge Star Trek Next Gen fan! Had to add it to my collection!

The Star Trek series is one of my favorite Sci-fi series especially The Next Generation. When it first aired on TV, I watched it over and over. The Syfy channel doesn’t show any of the Star Trek series, but now I get to watch it any time I want since I bought the complete Next Generation series on blu-ray. The blu-ray version is in the original 4:3 full frame format. The sets have been restored with great video and audio with bonus extras. I also have the original Star Trek series and Star Trek Enterprise series on blu-ray. I am waiting for Star Trek Deep Space Nine and Voyager to be restored and come out in blu-ray. The Star Trek Enterprise series is the only one in widescreen format. So if you haven’t done so already, start your collection and have a Star Trek marathon….Make It So.

I've been collecting all of the seasons of Blu ray Star Trek The Next Generation and this one by far is the best. With the complete collection I have to admit I have never felt better about Star Trek. the way they meticulously gone through and refurbished everything is a testament to these individuals fortitude.

When TNG debuted I was skeptical of it being a worthy successor for Star Trek. In time it found its voice to be both similar to and yet distinct from the original series. The final season had a few slips story-wise, but overall was great and led to a fun concluding episode for the series as a whole. Besides a beautiful audio & video presentation of the episodes themselves, the set includes several informative documentary pieces.

TNG is the series that got me in to Trek and cemented me as a SciFi junkie for life. I had heard that it was going to come out on bluray and waited for the seasons eagerly to come out so I could own my favorite SciFi series in the best state it will look. Also caught some of the movie theater releases of the double episodes which were spectacular!

Star Trek The Next Generation is one of my best loved TV session. The complete series on DVD makes it look as though it was produced in the last year. If you are a STNG fan you should not pass up this chance to have the complete session 7, with bonus footage, in your collection. This is one DVD collection that will be watched over and over.

7 seasons seems to be a sweet spot for most great series. It doesn't get old, but it seemed like the ideas in this final season were some of the most detailed and interesting of the series. Really miss this quality of sci-fi television. As for the discs, they are as professional and clean as the other seasons. Can't miss this if you love TNG.

Star Trek: The Next Generation gave the series a kick that ensured its universe would grow by leaps and bounds for years afterwards, and the final season lived up to the standard set by the rest of the series. These Blu-Rays are beautifully presented and absolutely an essential purchase for any Star Trek fan.

Huge Star Trek fan and this blu ray collection just makes the show all the better. Everything you love about Star Trek with all the clarity and detail of a modern show. Not to mention the reworked special effects! If you are a Trekkie this is a must have for your collection.

Upgraded from the DVD version to the Blu-ray, so I was very happy to finally be able to pickup the final season. Since the blu-rays are in a smaller form-factor case all seven seasons store in about the same amount of space that two of the DVD cases took up.

Very enjoyable bluray of the final season of Star Trek The Next Generation. It was much anticipated and it was fun to watch. Quality was excellent, features were good (there is so much out there and they put only the best on this disc).

Even if you already have all the season of Star Trek TNG on DVD it is well worth it to buy these on Blu Ray. They have all the special features from the DVD and more and feature an awesome transfer to high definition. Can't beat it

I think season 7 was fitting send off. While it had some uneven episodes, the season as a whole was strong and the series ending 2 part episode was in my opinion one of the better episodes of the entire series. Highly recomended

The seventh season of Star Trek Next Generation is a compilation of stories which tie up the plotlines that started back in season 1. The final episode is terrific and the series ends on a high note. The various character centered episodes further flush out the depth of what is a wonderful series. The extras are great, including a retrospective hosted by Jonathan Frakes (Commander Riker) All in all a worthwhile purchase.

The special features and bonus content make this a must-own for Star Trek fans, and anyone else who enjoys good storytelling made before computers and viewers' 5 second attention span dominated the creative process.

Think they have done a great job brining TNG to blu ray. The picture quality is one of the best I have seen so far. The audio on the other hand is not what I would have liked. Noticed that the cast vocals seem buried so deeply in the background that I have to turn up the volume way past what I would like then am forced to turn it down when special effects are on. Overall I like what they have done

If you are a Star Trek fan you won't be disappointed. Blu ray is worth the investment and enhances the total picture. Slip cover is a nice finishing touch.

I am a little sad that Season 7 is the last one that TNG hado completed. All good things come to an end this season was excellent and quality is at the same high standard that the first six season are.

The Blu Ray enhancements make you feel like you are watching it again for the first time. This release brings the series to a modern day level of quality. A must for any Star Trek fan.
