The story line a bit quick but very fun especially space fights. Online is great as well. Overall it’s a good game and would recommend playing on the Xbox One X with 4K tv so yeah looks so nice.

Well so far so good. they did a Campaign that is enjoyable. And as far as I can tell, online play was fun as well. Way better than the first one (well, #3 but who is counting) Great game! A+++

Despite the great graphics and sound on the game, it is still not what everyone was asking for. Overall still a better game than the first remake.

Battlefront 2 is everything I hoped for and expected it to be. The multi-player is great, a good balance of fun and challenge. The story plays like a movie and the graphics are excellent.

This game looks amazing. Lots of complaints from people about the microtransactions but most people can play the game and it enjoy just fine.

I got this for a present for my husband but he couldn't wait to play it. He was glad I got the deluxe edition. Loves the maps and graphics.

Haven’t played it through yet but, really enjoying the new campaign mode. Online has been adjusted too. The deluxe version and the extra in game gear it comes with is helpful online.

I do have to say, it's an enjoyable game. The campaign is good, even though it's short. I would say about 4-6 hours to beat the game. The only gripe I have (well, among many other people) is the online "loot crate". I don't want to get in-depth details, but the bottom line is that EA is just being greedy, for what it could've been a great Star Wars game. I want to give a 4 stars, but the whole EA debacle knocked it down to 3 stars.

Stunning visuals throughout. I enjoyed the short single player campaign, but multiplayer progression is confusing for a casual gamer.

The main story alone is worth it as it is canon. I love how all the expansions are free and the Last Jedi battles are ready and playable AND the campaign even got a expansion.

Overall it is a big step up from the first installment of the series. The game play is less clunky, matches are more balanced and there is even a solid solo campaign. However, unlike its sister games expected from the developers such as Battlefield games this game plays more along the lines of Call of Duty when it comes to pace and length of time during online matches. Just keep that in mind. Besides that if you are a Star Wars fan and want to live out the action by all means I would recommend this game for you!

The first game of the series might have been a disappointment for some people, but the addition of a single player campaign was a good addition to the game, but it doesn't end there, after the first update, EA added new missions to the single player campaign and it looks like they will keep doing it. The Multiplayers has the 5 different modes, which I hope they expand them a little bit more as time pass by, and the challenges mode is an interesting one if you want to play alone or in a split screen with a friend. Maybe I like it because of the Star Wars franchise, but it is a game that I would recommend

Good game ... Much better than last year’s release. Campaign is fun & fills in some of the story post Return of the Jedi.

As a die hard Star Wars fan, I like this game. Unfortunately, the multiplayer experience is hampered significantly by poor EA servers with horrrible lag and the player progression system is very poor. This creates very lopsided matches of both skill and character load outs. I’m not sure how this game can be fixed. The first Battlefront had very low lag and the progression system was near perfect.

You like Star Wars? Obviously you’ll like this game. I enjoyed the campaign. Some cool coop missions to mess around with and a multiplayer mode that rivals CoD.

If you ignore all the micro transactions, the gameplay and visuals of the game is amazing. Aside from the poopy progression system, the game is a blast to play.

Finally they got this one right. Other than the paying to unlock heroes thing, this game is pretty solid. Love the campaign mode and the multiplayer modes.

Don't pay attention to the negative reviews..this game nails the feel and sound of the Star Wars universe. Gameplay is addictive, great graphics & sound.

I'll start with the micro-transactions. it didn't matter because the card upgrade system was/is just as dumb. Even if you bought all the cards you have to be a certain level to upgrade them. so once they put it back it will likely be worse unless fixed as people will be the player level needed. In multiplayer, there are really three modes worth caring about. Starfighter Assault, the spaceship-only skirmish that effortlessly blends objective play with standard dogfights; Heroes vs Villains, where you get to live out your fantasies of playing as iconic Star Wars characters; and Galactic Assault, the Conquest/Rush-style objective mode with the highest player count of 20v20. best xp gain has been from Heroes vs Villains. basically like the first one if you played it. Short matches with lots of points. Single Player is there now but so simple it's useless unless you want the credits and achievements worst mechanic left off is still not able to climb. they have ramp areas or short places to jump on or over. there are some things or even areas where climbing over would be so helpful Another con is playing with friends. yes you can invite them but for Galactic Assault there are no groups like Battlefield. you get paired with 3 random people. they have a sign that says stay together for more points but since no one talk people quickly go their way
