My boy loves Star Wars! He plays this movie twice a day and is precious for him. This cartoon is very well adapted for little kids, so "Cience Fiction" is presented in a very unharmful way to children.

I haven't watched any of them yet but I got it for my boyfriend for Christmas. He loved it and watched the entire thing within days :)

My kids really enjoy the Star Wars: Clone Wars dvd. I plan to look for additional in the series.

Star Wars The Clone Wars tells the story of the war between the Republic and the Seperatist Alliance between Episodes II and III. In this series, we see many familiar characters like Obi-Wan and Anakin, as well as some new faces, most notably Anakin's apprentice Ashoka Tano. Clone Wars has all the action and thrills you would expect from Star Wars. There's lots of exciting space and ground based combat as well as some exciting lightsaber duels. The action is always thrilling and gives you the feel of actually being in combat without being overly violent. The quality of storytelling starts of great and just gets better as the series progresses. The 'Malevolence' story arc is terrific and the 'Ryloth' story arc is gold. Every episode tells a superb story and adds to the rich tapestry that is Star Wars. The CGI animation is outstanding. Clone Wars uses a very stylized type of animation. It's hard to describe, but it looks great. The motion of each character and of the vehicles are smooth and natural looking. Some of the best quality TV animation I have ever seen. The Hi Def transfer makes the animation look even better. On Blu-Ray, the animation has a sharp and clearly defined look. The details really come out clear on the Blu-Ray. The soundtrack is like the Clone Wars movie. The music uses a fusion of various ethnic styles along with some symphonic and rock elements. The music fits the series nicely. Composer Kevin Kiner was wise not to try to copy John Williams. One thing I really like about the series is the chance to see characters like Kit Fisto or Aura Sing that we just see in the periphery of the movies get some spotlight time. There are characters that we see just for a few seconds in the movies that actually get thier own epsodes. This really helps to expand the Star Wars universe. This is the best sci-fi series on TV. If you are a Star Wars fan, then this is an essential addition to your Blu-Ray collection. May the Force be with you.

This is easily the best sci-fi series on TV right now! The Clone Wars Season One starts off strong and just gets better. This series tells the story of the Clone Wars, the war between the Republic and the Seperatist Allaince. There are many exciting space battles, ground battles and some cool lightsaber duels. The series is action packed and has the feel of a Flash Gordon serial, very exciting! One thing I love about the TV series is that many characters who were only on the periphery of the movies get a spotlight here. General Grevious is developed very well in the TV series. Clone Wars starts off as a superior TV series and each episode improves on the series in terms of both storytelling and quality of animation. The first half of the TV series was very good, the second half was gold! The 'Ryloth' story arc was truly outstanding! A good portrayal of combat that gives the intensity of being in the midst of battle without being too violent. My only complaint is that Jar Jar Binks makes a few appearances, but this is not enough to ruin it for me. Well-written, very well-animated and action packed! Star Wars: The Clone Wars is an awesome addition to the Star Wars saga! May the Force be with you!

I'm glad I waited to buy all episodes in this collection. Previously released DVD's only had a few episodes. Now I have all the episodes and they are in BLUE RAY! I didn't think you could improve on the quality of a cartoon, but the blue ray version colors just jump at you and fill a dark room like you are in the action!

Having watched every episode as it aired, it was very nice to watch them in uncropped, widescreen format without the network logo marring the screen. I did enjoy the extended scenes not originally aired on TV. However, I found the DVD set was extremely lacking in bonus features. It should have included the original episodes as well as the "decoded" episodes aired between the seasons. It would have been nice to have some photo galleries of character development and concept design. I will be very upset if they release a Season One Special Edition down the line with all of these things included, though I imagine they will.

Got this for my kids and they love it , i paid $36 for it at the time so i see it has gone down in price but that is ok , all DVDs work great , keeps kids entertained for hours while inside / Great

My 6-yr-old and 17-yr-old sons and I have all loved the Clone Wars series. This is not Oscar-worthy work, but it is very entertaining if you enjoy the six Star War movies.

This was the best Clone Wars season from my point of view. Still, the series were great and added more history to the Star Wars universe
