I am extremely impressed with this product. Today is very dusty and 25mph wind. Im getting over 300 Mgps down and 20 up. Latency is 40ms, but it usually averages around 30. Kit was very easy to set up, instructions a clear, and the app is fantastic.

We live in a rural area where our internet options are limited to one choice: slow and expensive!!! On top of that, we experience what I refer to as “Feral Weather.” You know, the kind that includes ice, snow, sideways rain and high winds that get personal. When I purchased this dish, I’ll admit, it looked a little small and a little fragile. Like it might whisper, “Handle with Care.” Well, I was wrong. This thing is a BEAST. It has survived an ice storm, snow, hail and 75 mph winds without flinching. It’s mounted on Starlink’s fixed mount and has stayed in perfect alignment like it was glued there by the internet gods. Even during our feral high winds, not ONE service disruption. Not a blip. Not one buffering cog-wheel of doom noted. It melts snow people! Compared to the absolute junk we had before, this service and equipment is untouchable. It's reliable, sturdy, and apparently weatherproof against our feral rural chaos. I Highly recommend. Five stars from me and from our wild weather, which has officially now been defeated. 

Starlink is UNMATCHED! Simple, straightforward & fast setup! We live in a rural area and our options for internet are very limited. We are now getting INSANE speeds and amazing reliability. The upfront cost is WELL worth the long term benefits. The photo I’m attaching is from a CLOUDY, rainy day with 14 devices currently running. If you’re pondering going with Starlink, DO IT!

I bought the Starlink system because I am in a rural area with only DSL for internet. Super easy to set up and wow what a difference it has made. I do not have it mounted to the house yet but will be getting the kit to do this soon. No problems with wind, heavy rains etc. I’ve had the system for nearly a month without issues. Can hook up multiple items to it and works great, especially when compared to my slow DSL internet that I now no longer subscribe to.

I am located in Tucson AZ, I had cox 2 gbs connection for a couple years, I just wanted to try starlink to see what the fuss was all about. I must say, I love it, I get around 400mbs down, 25-30 up, The installation took less then 10 mins, I was up and running in no time. I have around 45 devices on my wifi, 8 full HD nest cameras, ipads, smart fridge, tvs, all kinds of stuff running. I also have two gaming computers playing online games with ZERO issues, latency is around 20ish, not bad for satellite internet, considering cable is around 13-15, Three days in I called and canceled the cox line, I was paying 210 dollars, including unlimited data and cox care, I now pay 120 a month, the extra 100 I am saving will pay for the starlink kit in 6 months. Just keep in mind, it will only get better sooner than you think. I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to have a nice stable internet connection with wifi 6 and the option to use your own router if needed.

It’s been working really great, I had it install with ease

I live where only slow dsl (7mbps) is available. This was an instant upgrade. I'm getting speeds from 100 up to 240 mbps with an all around average od 130 mbps. Purchasing saved me on the shipping cost and wait time when ordering direct from starlink. Setup was pretty easy hardest part was mounting to the house and running the line through the attic. Once that was complete evrything else was a breeze all in app setup from starlink maybe took 10 min to fire up service and connect my devices to the router. I have had no issues with the service so far. My son loves the service for gaming on xbox with no issues with no lag averaging 21ms latency. Streaming on multiple devices at the same time with no buffering. All security cameras are also hooked up to router and the recording quality is much better than before. I will say that you need to create a 2.4ghz network for the security cameras and smart locks. The starlink router makes it easy to split and create 2.4ghz and 5ghz network. My home is 2000 square foot and the router has plenty of power to cover every corner with full bars and even reaches exterior cameras. Starlink is definitely a great option in places that don't have fiber internet available. It blows dsl and mobile service internet out of the water. Definitely happy with purchasing this product from Bestbuy!

This latest Gen 3+ is absolutely amazing! Superbly designed, easy to set up for a day as well as a more permanent roof or pole mount when at home. Used it traveling throughout Texas and back home in NM. Everything just “fits”, build quality is excellent and it functions just like my cable at home. Usually 100-350Mbs down and even in heavy rain (5” in a day) only got buffering for a few seconds, twice. This thing will kill cable and upcoming functions like text and voice, very soon, in association with T-Mobile will kill cell phone companies. I can’t wait for the cell functionality. Streaming is flawless and fast. Maybe not quit as fast as my Gig cable but it’s coming. Get your ASAP!

After carefully weighing my options for an Internet provider as my current ISP service continued to degrade over time, I decided to give Starlink a try. Now, coming from a dedicated terrestrial line even with new modem and router, my Internet service was less then stellar. On a 600mbp plan, I’d be lucky enough to get close to 150 down with 15 up and a stable latency of 60 to 70ms. Mind you, I live in an urban area so I should expect faster speeds. Needles to say, I just wasn’t getting what I was paying for monthly which was around 112.00 dollars. Immediately upon activating my starlink dish I noticed a huge difference in internet service with speeds upwards of 350mbps down, 25 up and a stable latency of 22ms. I’ve been putting this thing to the test daily even while raining and the service is still better than my old terrestrial service. Dish set up is easy and inexpensive especially if you already have a power drill and a ladder. The app is simple to use and provides all of the information you will ever need to keep your dish up and running as it makes it easy to troubleshoot any issues you may come across; I have had none to date. The dish does not come with a mounting bracket which can be purchased at an additional cost. The biggest take away from this dish is the consistent speeds and consistent low latency. I’m running 17 smart devices at once during peak hours and still have better service without any problems or interruptions. It just doesn’t get better than this.

This works perfect for our setup and I'm extremely glad we went with the purchase not exaggerating it's 10 times faster than I thought it would be and it's extremely handy being able to take it on the go. The wife and I recently took on the Gypsy lifestyle with our two puppies and this is the perfect solution for our internet needs! We're currently visiting in Colorado and had a snowstorm and I was worried I'd lose signal but it has an automatic warmer to melt the snow that turned itself on and we had blazing fast speeds all night!

The product itself gets 5 stars, works excellent and Starlink Customer Service is top notch. I can’t say the same about BestBuy as I was highly disappointed in the 15 day return policy/price match even with receipt. I was 19 days out from purchase when the item went on sale 50% off. I know policies are in place for a reason but four days passed the 15 day price match I called requesting even store credit bc it was $175 savings. Customer service told me they couldn’t do anything, asked for a supervisor they told me they would call me back. Of course called while I was working, supervisor said sorry I missed you have a great day?!? Never addressed my issue or please call back or nothing. I then did chat later that day, also told me there is nothing they can do but maybe contact the store and the store manager could do something. So I called my local store (an hour away from me) and the number does not connect you to the store but again a customer service rep, on that call the woman told me she was a supervisor but she couldn’t do anything and no way to connect me to my actual store?!? The worst experience I have had dealing with customer service reps and absolutely no help for such a large savings. I again requested even store credit to get me back in there to spend money … just had to buy a tv and guess what did not even check Best Buy bc of this experience. So long story it is a great product with great signal but will not be recommending Best Buy in the future.

Excellent product. Easy installation and speeds acceptable based on current usage. Price point is affordable and monthly payment in line with the current providers. Will recommend to others to purchase especially from Best Buy.

First off this dish is easy to install and setup. Second it also is giving me great speed up to 350mbps down and 30mbps up. I live where I had only one option for internet which worked but not very fast and had issues at times. I had looked at Starlink several times but didn’t wanna pay that much money for internet but then they had a sale so I gave it a try, and boy am I glad I did. I have had no issues with the ditch so far and have had it for about a month now. So if you need fast internet and have no other option I highly recommend Starlink!

Setup was super easy. The speeds are lightening fast whereas our previous ISP was very unreliable. I work from home and this has been a game changer. No more missing work due to unreliable connections or bad weather. The Starlink is easy to control with the app and the app is very user friendly. My only complaint would be is that IF something were to go wrong, Starlink does not have a customer service number to call. You have to submit a ticket amd wait for someone to email you back.

Starlink is about the best internet when your out in the woods like me. It blows all the other service providers near me out of the water even other dish internet providers. Its alittle costly in the start but what we save vs what we were paying it levels out the cost really fast. Our old internet was $180 a month for between 2mbs to 30mbs and this one is normally 50mbs to 200mbs+ for $120 so its a night and day difference.

This product was easy to set-up, works seamlessly with all of my internet capable items (phone-computer-arlo home security-ring doorbell-tvs). Fantastic product and value. Highly recommend
