    THIS ITEM WAS EASY TO INSTALL, USING THIS SWITCH ALLOWED ME TO ELIMINATE ANOTHER KEYBOARD, MONITOR AND MOUSE , MY DESK AND OFFICE SPACE FINALLY LOOKS ORGANIZED, IT GAVE ME A LOT MORE ROOM ON MY DESK AND WORK AREA BUT MOST IMPORTANT IT MADE MY WORK A LOT EASIER TO DO.

    Ordered on line from the Best Buy shop in OV marketplace, they told me when it would get there and it did. Easy install and now have the ability to switch from one computer to another without cluttering desk with multiple keyboards. Thanks

    I have used better KVM switches in the past, but now they are a lot harder to find. I had a lot of trouble setting this one up and it should be a simple plug and play. I still can't get my keyboard and mouse to work. I have to call customer service tomorrow..

    I had my first one for 2-3 years before part of it died. Namely the connection for my mouse and keyboard. I replaced it with the same model and it died in the same way after three months. I am going to find another brand.

    purchased for home use in business it worked fine for four(4) months and then just died. would not buy StarTeck products again
