the mount's reedem code had already been used, someone opened the package and used the code, if you are buying with the intention of receiving the complete product, do not buy

I wanted to love it, but unfortunately, the build feels cheap and uncomfortable. With a price tag as steep as this item, there are many alternatives offering a higher quality product. It's a pass, my friends:/
