I love them! They work great the noise cancellation helps a lot

I really really wanted to like these GameBuds. I have had a SteelSeries Arctis 9 headset for nearly 2 years and loved it. It gave out on me today sadly. I purchased these GameBuds because I really really wanted them to work and work well. Unfortunately, I will be returning them tomorrow and getting a proper headset. Like I said, I really wanted to like these earbuds. They sound amazing for earbuds and honestly if I hadn't run into the issues that I did I would have considered getting them as backup at a later date. The first issue I had was the buds didn't have separate channels like my Arctis 9 headset did. With my headset, I was able to separate chat (discord), game sound, and even other media if I decided to. This way I could change the volume levels of one without messing with the other. The buds don't have this feature. The second issue came after using them for roughly an hour and a half. The left ear randomly started losing connection. That alone makes me very hesitant to use these for gaming especially streaming. I hate having to troubleshoot on stream and if my earbuds kept losing connection I would get very frustrated very fast. Now the right one started losing connection. I AM LITERALLY SITTING NEXT TO THE WIRELESS DONGLE! Unless it's just a weird issue I was having I would consider these a waste of money (and time).

Love them they are great. Last a long time. More comfortable than have an over the ear headset.

Cons outweigh the pros on these. Great fit in my ears, but they’re not very loud and the microphone is terrible. I could not get them to work properly in steel series software which they seemed to rely heavily on for quality… I'm sure that will be fixed with an update. With that being said, the sound quality wasn’t terrible but they are not worth the price in my opinion.

Works really well with ps5 and Nintendo switch. Best part is the noise canceling mode.

So far, these have been great and have surpassed my expectations. I have the Sony Inzone buds but I wanted something I could use with my Series X, so I picked up a set of these. The app has been great and they also work well for making calls and listening to music. They aren’t the best earbuds you can buy, but they are phenomenal for the price.

I think i had a bad pair they are nice sound good but the one ear piece was blown out when listening to music. If you are gaming just get a real headset DONT bother with earbuds

The app was way to complicated for me to figure out seemed pretty good thought just trying to set it up was not my favorite

Nice, but sometimes it does sound like the speakers are blown. Unsure if I just received a faulty one. When I use it for my phone, the sound doesn’t sound blown. May just need to adjust audio setting on my game too.

I wish there was a way to do 4.5 because there are some minor issues, but overall these are very good. I switched over from the Logitech GFits to these and they outperform the GFits in every way except for comfort/fit and connection resilience. CONS: Steel Series GG app is better than Logitech GHub but that really isn't saying much. The interface is cumbersome to say the least and while updating firmware for these was a breeze compared to the GFits this software could be improved significantly with some QoL improvements. These really do not fit me well at all. Trying all 3 tips that came with them I have various issues compared to the GFits. They fall out easily either due to the tips being too small or too big and don't expect to be able to do things like smile or eat food while you have them in without risking them dropping. PROS: Something I didn't realize was a feature is actually one of my favorite parts. If you're connected to the 2.4 dongle in "pc" mode you still receive calls/audio in bluetooth mode pretty seemlessly. So if you're working or gaming and you get a call the bluetooth audio overrides the game audio which is perfect for me. These are pretty high quality and water resistant as well. Having push button control rather than a "touch" interface on the ear pieces is kind of strange but it does prevent accidental activations for the most part.

These are perfect not just for gaming, but also for everyday use. These have replaced my airpods pro. I wanted something I can use for all my devices, gaming and for music.

Sound quality is fantastic. I wish i was able to hear myself more while wearing them. but other than that it is fantastic.

Excellent earbuds for PC gaming. Spacial audio sounds good and noise canceling works great. Automatically switches to your phones Bluetooth if you answer a call. Seamlessly goes back to 2.4 mode after call. Awesome feature.

Little overpriced. Sound quality is good, but sometimes flickers with high bass.

Great set of earbuds. I love the option of using Bluetooth and the dongle. Especially since it allows them to be used with everything. The software is good. Its nice to use an app on your phone or the software on the computer to make changes. Noise cancelation helps drown out outside sounds but they aren't completely gone.
