I expected a wired steelseries to be a simple and effective headset but have been sorely disappointed. This item worked well for a week or two before connection issues started happening every time I use it. It is a wired connection and is seated snugly in the headset and device and the reason for the consistent issues does not make sense to me on such a new headset. I have also noticed that I have to raise the volume of my voice significantly just to be heard, even with the mic positioned as close to my mouth as possible. This is another frustrating issue....

The drivers arent bad but if your running them native with no software. They are real quite. Over off not horrible for the price. The usb type c is also a nice edition.
